You purchase a new 15” LCD monitor with a 25ms response time just a few weeks ago for $325? That’s crazy! For that price you can get a 19” LCD with about an 8ms response time. If you want to sell this lower the price to about $150! Unless its touch screen but I cannot find anywhere that says this is a touch screen LCD.

Here you can get an 8ms 17” LCD for $220...

Thanks for your reply. Given that it doesn't appear that you're interested in purchasing the monitor, I'm at a loss as to why you felt the need to comment though.

Just to clarify...

I bought the monitor earlier this year, but only used it for a few weeks until I purchased my new PC (since which time, the monitor has been repacked and is now sitting in my wardrobe).

I purchased the item through a friend for $325 which was apparently a discounted price at the time.

I've checked the ACER website, the current RRP for this monitor is $349 SEE HERE

I don't know much about computer hardware, so I've done a quick search on the net and have come up with numerous links below listing similar prices for this monitor:

* HyperMall: $309.10 SEE HERE

* Tech Buy: $327.65 SEE HERE

* Commander Online: $329 SEE HERE

* Instant IT: $373.89 SEE HERE

* Buy Quick: $377.29 SEE HERE

...there are many more.

Surely, my price is reasonable given the above???

Obviously, there may be cheaper alternatives available, which may or may not be of the same quality etc, but that applies for nearly anything you purchase these days (funnily enough, including some of the items you have for sale in your signature). Sometimes you only get what you pay for...

If I'm missing something, please don't hesitate to let me know via PM as it is not my intention to rip people off - going off the above, I don't think you can say that I am...

In future, if you're not interested in purchasing an item, instead of rubbishing someone elses thread please keep your comments to yourself (or if you can't help yourself, do it via PM).

Thanks.

Yeah I dont know I cannot work it out... the 17" version is cheaper and the Acer 19" costs just $340...

Anyway good luck with the sale...

Hmm I will offer $100 for it then.

In all honesty, it's not worth it to me to sell it for $100 - i'm not desperate for the cash, so if that's all I'll get for it, then I'll just keep it as a spare.

If you are seriously interested, I will sell it for $200 firm. I think that's more than fair considering what I paid, it's condition and what they currently retail for.

Up to you...

    • It is a kunfine Android screen . Does anyone know the wirering diagram of the fuga ??
    • just an update to this, poor man pays twice  Tried sanding down the pulleys but it didnt do the trick. Chucked another second hand alternator in the na car which I got for free off my mate and its fixed the squelling. Must have been unlucky with the bearings.    As for my turbo car, I managed to pick up a cwc rb alternator conversion bracket + LS alternator for 250 off marketplace, looked to be in really good nick. Installed it , started the car and its not charging the battery.... ( Im not good with auto elec stuff so im not sure if this was all I needed to do but I verified such by using a multimeter on the battery when the engine was running and I was only getting 12.2v )   I had to modify the earth strap for the new LS alternator , factory earth strap was a 10mm bolt which did not fit the bolt on the LS alternator which was double the size so I cut it off , went to repco bought some ring terminals that fit, crimped it onto the old earth strap and bolted it up to the alternator , started the car and same issue. Ran like shit and was reading 12.2 at the battery.  For a "plug and play" advertised kit thats not very plug and play but alas.  My question is , am I missing something ? Ive been reading that some people recommend upgrading the stock 80 amp alternator fuse to a 140 amp but I dont see how that would stop the alternator charging especially at idle not under load.  Regardless ive pulled it out and am going to get it bench tested by an auto elec tomorrow but it would be handy to know if ive missed something silly or have done something wrong.
    • My wild guess is that you have popped off an intake pipe....check all of the hoses between the turbo and the throttle for splits or loose clamps.
    • Awesome, thanks for sharing!
    • To provide more specific help, more information is needed. What Android screen? What is its wiring diagram? Does the car's wiring have power at any required BAT and ACC wires, and is the loom's earth good?
