Hey everyone just a message saying hello to everyone. Just recently bought a 1995 R33 4 door turbo 5spd and with me being a rev head from way back ive only ever tinkered with V8s and things of that nature so im sure i will need words of wisdom now and again

Your story sounds a lot like mine (even down to thr 4 door R33)

Once you get used to driving a turbo instead of a V8 I doubt you will go back. Took me a while to realise I didnt have the stump pulling torque at 700rpm that the V8 did, its still there, but now it starts at 3000 rpm and is happy to go to 7500 (danger teritory for my old V8's)

I had the exact same problem, I must have nearly stalled the skyline 50 times when i first got it.
