I can confirm they fit a 4 door as I have the same set...jap spec super streets. They are identical for 2/4 door GTT.

I wouldn't say they are as "SOFT" as stock suspension but rather they are a firmer ride whilst still retaining a reasonable ride comfort very rarely associated with Japanese coilovers.
