Cause i just cannot launch the skyline. It over powers or underpowers. No slip in the clutch does not help...

Car is OK for 11's, driver is not......

jokes Col...... just a little humour......

Isn't SAU a non profit organisation?

Since we all need semislicks and everyone is pretty much keen on a descent Brand for good price. I prefer the RE55s but don't mind Bridgestones or others.

Why couldn't we get SAU to become a non profit semislick "distributor" and distribute it to members for retail price? Good/bad idea?

fixed!

I got my Federal 595RSs from Neta Tyre Service & Sales in Virginia, they were really cheap too!

How much did they charge you Bunta ? I just got them to sell me a set, but thru our local tyrepower up here , as they wouldn't do retail direct.

235/45/17 $310

255/40/17 $360

Of course i would have had a freight charge included in that too... Just curious to see the difference.

Hi guys ive gone down to Hornibrook Motorsports as recommended by Harry and Craig is very friendly to chat with, prices are good as well...just an update for u guys Craig has moved to this new address...

Heya Dave...well he can get most of the major brand semis...yoko a048, bridgestone re55, kumho v70a/v700, dunlops, toyos, pirellis and etc...they are the distributor for Kumho, prices are pretty good for RE55s too. i didn't enquire the prices on all the different semis~ ;) Best thing would be to give Craig a call Dave...general orders take about 3 days to arrive.

    • Hey Murray, hope all is good. I took your advice and put the filler first then the putty. Seems like a much better result but i noticed there are still pinholes. I even had pin holes when i initially put the putty on the body filler. Do you think it has something to do with my spreader being f*cked? I attached some images. This is the intially body filler i sanded. No putty yet  Applying putty. Final result after using wax and grease remover can see the pin holes. I just noticed as i look at the putty application it looks wavy not sure if it's supposed to be like that or because of the spreader.

    • Rust repairs completed, doors back on! pretty much totally back together running now. All future repairs will be fiddly wiring getting everything back up to road condition.  hasn’t  taken that long considering the condition I got the sub. note my helpers keeping the back seat warm 😂
