they're definately good value for money, but not for track or heavy performance applications.

i have them on mine. nylon sidewalls (as opposed to steel belted) means they can shake at high speeds, and crumple under hard braking.

i've had no issues with them, they were on the car when i got it, and will remain till they need replacing.

What do you guys think of Nankang NS-2 tyres? I heard they are a cheaper version of some Yokohama performance tyre

They're a "cheaper version of a Yokohama performance tyre" in the same way a Carmate fibreglass bodykit is a "cheaper version of a C-West carbon fibre aero kit".

I've driven on NS-2s, and in my experience they're great for keeping your rims off the bitumen. They don't grip too well, but if you're not making a lot of power or driving the car faster than the signposted speeds they're fine.

Agreed.

Two 15min sessions on these tyres around Oran Park GP circuit saw the rear belts showing, and the fronts almost showing too.

Car would squirm under braking and under power out of every corner. That said I'm not exactly making stock power.
