Battery Voltage

I'm just curious to know what should my battery voltage be reading, on my turbo timer it reades 13.8 after the car warms up, but on the PFC hand controller it always stays around 14-14.1

Anywhere in the range you mentioned is pretty much ok.

As long as its not too much...or too little.

Anything higher than 13.0v is ok and no higher than 14.3v. It all depends on where have you taken the power sorce from. my turbo timer(Apexi also reads 13.8 (most of the times) but my Apexi rev/speed meter reads .2v lower then the turbo timer. It also goes lower when you have other accesories in use. Ala... fog lights, air con, windows going up/down.

I find the readings on gadgets like Apex'i gear isn't always that accurate. A good multimeter on the battery terminals is always the safest bet.
