Apexi Tmax Shocks For R34 Gtr Suit R34 Gt-4?

Hi there just checking whether my R34 GT-4 (specs here http://www.motortraders.net/id/529/make/ni...t_four/spec.htm ) can use the Apexi TMax shocks (advertised here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...87&hl=dazmo ) which is for the R34 GTR (specs here http://www.motortraders.net/id/526/make/ni.../gt_r/spec.htm)

both uses the Independent suspension multiple link system..

another question is whether i can use that shocks with my stock springs to lower my car? and would the handling be better/suffer?
