FOR SALE: 1989 build Series 3 GXE

Modifications: Pod, Advance Extractors, 2.5" system including high flow cat, heaps good muffler and cannon (3" inlet very deep note and no drowning), Polished and painted Rockercover, Polished Plenum and throttlebody, Near new radiator with davis craig thermo fan, braided hoses, near new slotted rotors and Bendix Ceramic Pads, tinted tail lights, CD player, poineer 6x9s, pioneer 6inch, new aftermarket steering wheel, sports pedals, trip computer, just relpaced front tyres as they were starting to get low all round so just the backs need doing but still got plenty of rubber left. Car has Power mirrors, Power antenna, 6 guage dash all the GXE features.

*Also if required the following parts you can have with the car - stock rotors heaps of meet left with 3/4 left pads, clutch fan, spare radiator top leaks but can be fixed, stock airbox, stock exhaust*

Road Worthy Certificate: In SA, never had any problems with police

Registered: yes for another 1.5 months

Accident History: none ;D

Reason for sale: Brought a WRX ;D

Other Comments: Paintwork is brillant but boot has a few small dents. The interior is immaculate you will find a cleaner interior ;D, Car has not been flogged and of the 186kms 170 of them were in the country, always serviced, cleaned, polished etc, has new fuel filter, replaced afm, new 90plus coolent, new thermostat, new top radiator hose apart from that the car has been perfect. Handbrake cable need tightening, I have spent countless hours and money with services, tunes and small mods making this car an excellent example. All the car needs is lowering and a set of mags and your on your way.

    • Robertson was a Canadian inventor, and it absolutely reigns supreme here. 95% of our screws are Roberston. It's literally the only option you can buy off store shelves. What would it have lost out too? I believe it's also very popular in the US.  My reference to imperial was pointed to both NPT and BSP. 
    • No. BSP lost to the cultural/technical imperialism of living next to Trumpistan. Face it, Robertson screws were better and still pretty much lost out to the yank stuff. The Europeans hate the Brits and they don't use NPT. NPT is just as "imperial" as BSP is, being based on those useless inch thingos. Just done differently. 
    • I live in Quebec. Our license plate slogan is "Je me souviens" Translated is "We will remember" as a reminder to when England conquered us and that we must never forget what they did. Long story short, BSP is unheard of here due to being an English design. I'm surprised our nazi anti english government office the OQLF hasn't kicked in my door yet just talking about it, yet alone imperial anything.       
    • Thanks for that! I did a quick Google search looked up some of hydaulic stores and didn't see it listed on the website, I'll give them a ring. Also found out later that I can buy 2 oem bleeder bolts for 10 bux and come with the washer which I might do so I don't waste the money it costs in petrol to find 2 washers (already did that lol). The old copper washes look in good nick, I drove it after taking it off and putting it back on and didn't see any  Part number here for reference if anyone needs: 14053-42L0A
