FOR SALE/SWAP: 1990 Nissan 180sx

Asking Price: 8000 $7500 ONO . I'd probably actually preffer some kind of swap at this stage as I'm just looking for a change at the moment, tell me what you've got.[/b] e.g. Civic Si, FC RX7, MX-5, Skyline (NA or turbo) etc.

Reason for sale: Looking for a change, the car it's self is excellent, It's one of the cleanest, most stocko CA18det S13s I've seen.

Kilometer's: 15X XXX presumably genuine Kms, due to the integrity of the rest of the car.

Manual or Automatic transmission: Manual

Engine Type: CA18DET

Modifications:None barring a Razo Turbo Timer

Complianced: Yes

Registration: Yes, about 9 Months NSW rego (4 months was a typo)

Crash History: No Accident History to my knowledge.

General condition of vehicle:"

This car is in incredibly clean, stock condition (don't come up often like this). The car has obviously been taken care of throughout it’s life and not thrashed (Rare for a 15 year grey import sports car). Both the body and mechanicals are great.

The only problem I know of in the entire car is that there is a very small amount of rust under the rear spoiler in the hatch (still passed blue slip). The rest of the car is rust free. I'm very confident about the car's condition and any type of inspection is welcome.

Features:

- 5 speed manual gearbox

- Factory LSD

- ABS (A very rare option that may save your life)

- Super Hicas (4WAS)

- CA18det turbo motor (goes very well, still plenty of life left in it)

- Wine red duco (awesome condition)

- Genuine RAZO Turbo timer

- JDM Sony CD player + Factory AM FM Radio and cassette player

- Original floor mats

- Front lip spoiler

- Fog lights (another rare part as these are often smashed by stones earlier on in life)

- Factory option rain deflectors (Rare and very cool looking)

- Tyres have about 75% tread

- Vehicle has been well maintained.

- Timing belt exchange was completed at 100,000km at a Nissan dealership.

Contact detail's: PM me for my phone number or to ask q's. Please no time wasters, I've had this car on the market before and had lots of this and just decided to hang on to it. However, I'm more than willing to answer any questions of genuinely interested buyers, don't be shy if you're properly interested, I don't mean to sound gruff.

Car is available for inspection, please contact me to arrange a date.

LOCATION: About 20 mins from Lismore NSW and an hour south of the Gold Coast.

cheers

Piccies: (The pictures are a bit old, but they reflect the car's current condition nicely)

Just to clarify after a few questions I've been asked:

- The car actually comes with 9 months rego not 4 as previously stated.

- The car also does indeed come with hubcaps and not mags. However, I have reason to believe that this is an upper spec model (not the base spec which came with steelies from the factory) as this car comes with most major and minor options (including ABS which is very rare on early CA cars).

Ok, price has been dropped to $7500 ONO

Also please note, in one of the photos it looks like the rear quarter panel is a different shade to the rest of the car. This is not true, it was just that the front part of the car was sitting in the afternoon shadow of my house.

Cheers.

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
