I took this car to the old Eastern Creek a few years ago and did a 13.1 at 108mph. That was with a different set of 18's on it with crappy tyres, and my first go at drag racing . Will easily run high 12's with some better tyres (and a better driver ;-) ).

The car also has a Boomerang pager alarm (which cost over $1000 by itself). There are probably a heap of things that I have forgotten. I have spent 10's of thousands on this car, and it will be sad to let it go.

Now asking $15,900.

Jeff.

I am in Sydney, but the car is in Adelaide.

Sorry guys, I have a 180, Soarer and the 33, and I can't warrant keeping 3 cars. So not interested in swaps.

The car is just sitting in a garage until it sells. It has to go, but I am not in any huge hurry to sell it. I think the price I have on this car, for all the money I have spent on it over the years, is a bargain.

Jeff.

If you struggle to sell it and you still have this car in 12 mths time (as unlikely as that is..), I will buy it from you for sure!

Ever had it dyno'd ?

Nice car, free bump!

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
