how can a original 1996 suspension only travelled for 13000km?

he might have got the car with 13000kms on it and then been rolling on coilovers for ages and ages and now he decided to sell the stock suspension cos he hasnt had any dramas with coilovers and with the local authoritae so now he is selling it

Becauz whn i bought the car in 2000, it has only travelled 13000km thn i change a set of HKS and left the original here in case need to do RW so now no use n need to be sell.
