very nice and tough car. would be an ideal street and track weapon :)

+ an enigne rebuild is a big tick on the checklist.

Thanks, and you're right! Hope it goes to a good home. It certainly won't disappoint the lucky buyer!

Sebaz

a bit off topic but are u a car dealer or are u just getting someone to help u sell it who owns a dealership.

Hi,

Its my GTR (owned it for nearly 5 years..)

The dealer advertising the car offered to assist me with the sale of my GTR as I bought another lesser car from them. Nice gesture on their behalf.

This parting with your pride and joy stuff is not fun..

I've had a bit of interest but not that much yet. Maybe there is a few properly built GTRs for sale?

Why spend all your hard earned cash on mods when I've done it for you! This GTR is the real deal.

Hi there,

Yes, this car has been built up from standard by Joviant.

Car had 57km's on it when it arrived from Japan. The full car history is known.

A real pleasure to drive. I forgot just how good. Got back in it yesterday after not driving it for a month and it still amazes me how quick and how tight this car is. No rattles, no squeaks, nothing. Its like new. Corners like nothing else I've driven, with mind bending acceleration. I wish I didn't have to sell it!

If you're serious about owning a quality GTR this is one you should be looking at.

All serious offers considered, so make an offer!

Hi,

dont know what happened to my recent comment? :) Im interested in the car. What is your bottom line at the moment? I note from other's ads that they have a bottom line and then that goes down and down eventually due to no sale. They actually knock back prices early on that they would have taken months later! There are a few other cars Im interested in and before I go further and look at them Id need to know the best price I can get car x for, to be able to compare apples to apples. Thanks :)

You'll understand me not haggling on the forums.

There is significant interest in the car at the asking price already, so its already long past a point of haggling.

If you're seriously looking for a good GTR, I think you should be a little more realistic with what you're prepared to pay.

You're going to struggle to find a 33 Vspec GTR of this specification and condition for less money. Thats IF you can find one..

Beware of crashed and repaired GTR's, there's lots of them out there..

Best of luck,

Sebaz

Hi,

thanks for that. Wasnt interested in a haggling discussion on here either. "There is significant interest in the car at the asking price already, so its already long past a point of haggling", you say. So youre NOT haggling at your asking price? The significantly interested people all want it at your original asking price. That being the case it's sold? Or youre holding out for your asking price? Or you ARE negotiating a price. Sounds like haggling/negotiating to me! PM me if you wish to discuss your current offer from these other parties. No sense me trying to buy something thats out of my price range. It'll save each other time. Cheers

Car is under offer at the asking price of 37.5k with an initial deposit accepted today, awaiting final settlement.

I will accept further interest in the car, but understand that is the current situation.

Cheers,

Sebaz

    • I wasn’t able to replicate the sound anymore. It was a one time sound so maybe it was just coincidence but it was like small pebbles being dropped in a coke can.   should I try cleaning the MAF? It could be it’s functioning but dirty? I don’t know.
    • Update 4: Hi all. The car drives again! Haven't driven for long, only to store it in the garage again, but the test drive was successful. The coolant and oil leaks seem to be fixed for now. Temps on the engine were also very good, while moving I never even saw 80C water during the approx. 30 minute drive. Ate up all the coolant in the reservoir though so will have to fill that even more when I go to the car next time. One thing that pisses me off is that the RPM gauge is still f**ked, I even resoldered the board twice and used copper paste on the silly screws that are used as connections. Next time I take it out I'll take apart the board and fit new components, I'll see if I can get a replacement IC for it.  I have an appointment set for 22nd of September for the engine tune to 370hp. Alignment also still needs to be done. My hope is that I can get all the legal stuff over with by the end of this season. Anyone of you have advice regarding intercoolers? Currently there is an APEXI core fitted, one of those weird hybrid ones, 600x270x76. I don't think it's bad but it's not new and now I still have the chance to change it now to legally include it in the paperwork. Only issue is that the only options that would arrive in time are a HKS Type R intercooler or generic Ebay spec intercoolers comparable to a JustJap one. Ideally I'd order a Plazmaman but it takes over a month to receive which would mean making the car legal has to wait until next season. Would love to hear some input on this. Same story for my injectors, the previous owner was a nunce and put ID 1050x on the engine. They work but are obviously not ideal at "normal" power levels. But I don't see a reason to change them unless the tuner says it's necessary. I read online before buying a different exhaust that the top secret style rear diffusers won't fit due to the size of the rear resonators. My buddy and I made it work by slightly "adjusting the shape" of the mounting bracket and making some spacers out of 3d print for the mounting bolts. Fits like a charm. Just putting this here in case someone has this problem. Even the hefty HKS Silent Hi Power rear can fits without hitting anything.
    • Well they got my money but they are not getting my gearbox !
    • It's needed for rolling idle up, and I think it is a decider on VCT also.
    • I mean, not really. Link ECU's can absolutely still have errors from the ECU thinking it's getting a sensor it's not expecting. I would imagine the speed at the ECU level in Nistune does absolutely nothing anyway? I assume the ECU does not do any fancy TC stuff with regards to front+rear wheel speed or anything of that like anyway. Someone who uses Nistune may be more fluent in it.
