JNR24
Do these pumps replace the facotry "in tank" pump? And how much do these pumps flow? Cheers, Trev. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/16836-walbro-pumps-fs/#findComment-353478 Share on other sites

dabigbolf
neergnevets, just inform people that these pumps are only good for 200rwkw. its missleading to say they are worth 500 hp, or can handle that. i bought one and then found out it wasn't rated at 500 hp. the 255 litres an hour is an no pressure. but when you are on boost and when you car is most likely to blow up it only can only run 185 litres per hour. If its a different pump than the in tank silvia one then i am sorry. but just so people know what its really rated at. still a good pump for the price. but 200 rwkw isn't that hard to churne out in the rb25det Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/16836-walbro-pumps-fs/#findComment-367226 Share on other sites
neergnevets
fair enough, good point. Its just a means of comparison to other fuel pumps available. Bosch etc... all rate their pumps the same way. Guest jampac
I've seen one of these walbro pumps in a 226rwkw sr20det and it was showing no signs of lack of flow. I have one in my own s14a which makes 191rwkw and again no problems.
