HAHAH U GUYS ARE ALL THE FUNNY!!

hehe

id just like to add..

WHO THE ***KK DIED AND MADE CERTAIN MCCR ADMINS GOD?????

seriously!!!! for ****s sake

everyone is open to ridicule and insults on an open forum

its ok for people to post up threads baggin other peoples cars..

eg..

few months ago . some chick posted up about eddies lime green r33 .

this thread gathered quite a few pages.. mainly insulting both eddie and his car

as an open club .. this was pathetic behaviour as eddie was nice enough to actually attend mccr events

and although he didnt post on the forums

how the **** was he supposed to defend himself..

i got sooo pissed offf.. i told them constantly to deleat the thread but the thread still remained up for quite a period of time.

NOW... if anythread is created baggin any mccr admin or their friend it would be deleateed straight away no questions asked

THIS IS ABSOLUTE DOUBLE STANDARD BEHAVIOUR!~

my remark to mark was only humourous

and it was certainly not abusive!!!

all i said was..

i dont bother reading marks post cause basically if i wanted to read a novel i would..

this in reply to marks 23984234832983249 worded post about why mccr was not apart of the 2fast 2furious drive in night..

my post was then edited by mark in which he replaced it with his own comment of..something like..

"i dont bother reading useless smart ass comments"

or some shit like that..

so i replied with..

"well u obviously read that last smart ass comment and u willlll read this one."

the next mornin i went to log on and im banned and cant even send pm's to discuss it

now someone please telll ,me WHERE THE *** WAS I BEING ABUSIVE!!!!!!

if u cant take any sort of humour and go crying to mummy at that then your just a ***n straight out poof

go *** urself

New forum policy

06/05/03 07:08 PM Edit F Reply

hey all,

well this is not really a new policy, but in light of a fair few trouble makers bent on just being a hassle to the rest of us, we are going to be taking more firm action.

any abusive or stupid behaviour (anything considered non constructive or intentially abusive/negative) will result in an instant ban from the forums. We will no longer put up with people who specifically go out of their way to upset the community.

I might remind that at signup time all users agree with the following:

---

Short Version:

* Don’t be an idiot, no keyboard warriors.

Long version:

* Melbccr.com and the associated message board is a private forum

* Only one username per user. If multiple usernames are detected, both accounts will be deleted.

* While we believe in freedom of speech, moderation is required to protect the club and its members

* Content of a forbidden or offensive nature will be removed

* Rude, insulting, slanderous, racist etc

* If a particular user continues to post these types of messages, their account will be banned

* If you believe you were inappropriately moderated, and wish to discuss it, PM the Moderators/Admins.

* If you have trouble with a particular moderator/admin, please email the board owner – [email protected]

* Users who victimise other users continuously will be warned, and subsequently banned if their behaviour does not change.

* If you have trouble with particular other users please make the Moderators/Admins aware of this via PM.

* In the event you have a concern with a particular post, raise the awareness the Moderators/Admins.

* General trouble making on behalf of any user may result in the deletion or banning of that user.

* Comments which could be considered as defamatory toward an individual or business will be removed, and the poster reprimanded appropriately.

* The rules may change as deemed necessary.

If you are not willing to abide by these rules, we suggest you find elsewhere to post.

Thankyou!

MCCR Administration Team

----

Now given that those rules are pretty clear cut, i dont see any reason for those that have been banned or reprimanded in any way can complain or moan about it. You made your bed, sleep in it

Thats pretty much all!

for all the normal mccr users and members who have happily maintained the peace, thanks

You will never avoid fcukwits. especialy nerdy admin ones, who had a "hand me down" VT eco-tech commonwhore, and have slaped MCCR stickers on it. MCCR name is mud anyway. i dont want to type anymore about these linguses.

nah c'mon guys there r quite a few good guys in MCCR but it is a load of BS and double standards when the Admin can do one thing and the members hav to be good !

All i can say is im glad i was takin a step back from MCCR, only bad comes out of their cruises.

    • The SS button head cap screw on the back? If so, good to know. I presumed it was there for basic assembly and nothing more.
    • Hello, everyone. I'm new to the forum. I have a 1989 Nissan Skyline R32 GTR. I have lost all power to the interior, including AC controls, the gauge cluster, turn signals, and windows. Stuff that still works includes the horn, brake lights, radio, and headlights. All fuses, in the interior and exterior boxes, tested good.  It starts and runs fine, just with no gauge power or anything stated above. No warning lights either. Things that I have tested: - Fusable link tested fine - No other fuses blown - Alternator good - IGN switch tested fine - With my power probe, I can backfeed power through the IGN pin to the plug on the back of the gauge cluster, and everything comes back on.    So my theory is something on the control side that sends the ignition power through the system isn't doing its job, or a wire is broken. (I would think that it is the ignition switch that would do that, but who knows?). The ignition relays don't fire (all relays tested good). So what tells them to fire other than the IGN switch?  I would really appreciate it if someone had some insight on this. I have tons of hours into this; I don't want to give up in defeat! I have the HD wiring diagram, but having all those wires laid out like that on one sheet of paper makes things pretty hard to follow.  Thanks for reading, and thanks for the replies.  Where should I look next? Thanks.
    • Install a MAP sensor pre and post throttle. Best data you could have for NA, then play with the bends and/or air box and see how much of inflection is created at WOT on the plot.
    • And gone to a new home
    • The car remains in paint jail. I am now pretty convinced that the whole "RB25 Airboxes are kinda limiting to ~300kw" could be a thing. Also saw a good video from Engine Masters: (Sorry for FB link) (https://www.facebook.com/watch/?ref=search&v=761771519471924&external_log_id=c10bcbb6-2c39-4ff3-9240-287e9921fde6&q=Cold Air Considerations) Where they tested Pod Filter sizes and kept adding bends to a LS3 on an Engine Dyno to find if bends caused power loss. It's a good video worth watching - They did lose ~25hp from making an intake which had 3x90's and a 120 degree. They only lost maybe 1hp with a basic 90. I feel that by sealing up my airbox I have: 1) Created the same restriction a stock airbox would have. 2) Created a very convoluted set of intake 'pipes' by forcing all the air through the ducts. So I am pretty confident I'll be going full circle and have a huge hot air intake pod and actually see a benefit. The air does *not* stay hot once it gets flowing, aided by the ducts, and the pod can then pull air from anywhere. All the posts of yore talk about the stock airbox costing 10-15kw at 300kw+ but you know what? I f**king would very much like that 10-15kw and I remember my own pod filter in engine bay experiences. Turns out the GTT Reo and Headlight brackets really don't allow you to mount GTR items, no matter what the internet says. Various brackets have had to be made up to actually make it fit right for the front bar. Also some idiot mounted a 3L Accusump right where the bumper wants to go, so that has had to be 'relocated' To where, I am still not sure, but it's supposedly mounted in the pictures and I can't see it.
