i guess 110 on a tough dyno isnt too bad! he said it would read lower! he said fuel system is perfect! but i dont have many mods to really increase the power!!! so i guess it is stock coz u dont gain kw's from cooler and i have a zorst with stock cat!!! so i guess i would be ok?

as above, but in different terms:

if the clutch is worn it means its slipping away some of the power being produced by the engine rather than transferring/clamping it to the driveshaft.

not sure what good a 'tough' dyno is (wouldn't an accurate one me more useful?), i'm assuming they mean the rollers are 'tougher' to turn. so if the clutch is a little worn, that extra resistance would make it harder for the clutch to clamp = slippage.

    • This is just a dumb way of keeping the wastegate closed to make more boost. Undo it and either follow the factory setup or redo it properly. Manual boost controllers just use a spring preload to determine when to close in response to boost pressure so it no longer vents to atmosphere.
    • So for the wide band is a Bosch 4.9 correct for the Link G4+ along with a Can bus? Just get the Link gear or is generic ok too? Eg here: LINK LINK DIGITAL WIDEBAND CAN MODULE WITH BOSCH 4.9 SENSOR : KYP Performance House
    • Bit difficult to follow. Have a look below and see what the standard R32 layout was like. Note there was a restrictor in place immediately before "turbocharged pressure control solenoid" that, if removed, magically got you 1 bar boost.
    • I might be way off the mark here.. there must be a T junction under the manifold. That takes manifold pressure through a check valve prior to the T, one side splits out to this bleed off orifice, the other straight to the wastegate actuators.
