Turbo Oil Seals Stuffed

just bought a standard rb25 turbo for my rb20. for 100 bucks which i thought was a very good deal, just found out the oil seals are stuffed. have done some research and some ppl say just need to replace the seals and some say you need to do a whole rebuild. not so clued in with the turbo car scene. if any body could give me some answers like

do i really need to rebuild the turbo if so how much???

where can i get it rebuilt in WA

The factory turbo's are a common component which makes its parts relatively cheap, think economies of scale. If you need to recondition it there should be lots of bits and pieces for cheap. Wreckers, Nissan workshop etc. should be able to help.

Sell the stuffed turbo for someone to highflow and buy a known good secondhand turbo for $300-$400
