Well, I transferred the money into Adam's account on Wednesday the 10th of October. Sum of $300, which was agreed to by Adam and my self as a 20% deposit for the total amount for PFC.

I then called and SMS'd Adam for the next 2 days or so with no reply? This made me suspicious.

Called the bank and had the transaction cancelled and money reversed back into my account as judging by the lack of contact from Adam I felt as if I wasn't going to get a Power FC in return for my $1,500.

The next time I heard from Adam was Monday morning when I got an SMS saying the money has not cleared, which says to me the only reason you got in contact with me was because the money hadn't come through.

What's there to say you would have got in contact with me or returned my calls/messages once you had received full payment of $1,500?

I will not be going through with the purchase as I do not trust you, and I feel as if you are going to rip me off.

Just a bit of information for anyone who is looking at purchasing from Adam, this way my experience.

It did not bother me if you did take my $1,500 and didn't give me a Power FC in return, as I have your mobile number and all your details, so no doubt I would have got that money back one way or another.

I am not trying to wreck your sale or give you a bad name, but man if I send you like.. 4 x sms messages and call you at least 5 times you might want to return my call or give me an SMS back.

$1,500 is a substantial amount of money, and your not giving the buyer (my self) much re-assurance in that sense, by not returning my calls/messages, plus you have a ‘0’ trader rating, which is fine because everyone has to start somewhere, I understand that.

No reply to call's/SMS and I see you signing in and out of MSN with no word, and also on/off SAU with no PM, gives me the impression your trying to dodge me.

Good luck with the sale.

I'm at work from 8:30 am till 4:30pm and don't have time to answer your call and waste more of my time.

Whatever man, no contact from the 10th of October does not show me you are looking at sending me out what I paid for.

Didn't want to be pushy? So you avoid my calls on the 10th, 11th and 12th of October as well. Can you explain that one to me?

I am not going to have an argument with you in this thread, its not going to go anywhere.

I will not be transferring any money your way, so feel free to sell it to who ever you want.

Oh 3 days on the highway? Ah nice must have been a long drive...

Balls to talk to you? Yeaaaah... just giving you the same treatment you gave me, no replies to messages and not answering my calls.

Feel's good doesn't it?

And I've got my facts right, and I am not trying to flame you like I said in my first post.. if someone doesn't return your call's or messages until 6 days after you have transferred a sum of money into there account.. It does not leave the best impression!

And I checked your previous dealing and there is no feed back and you have no trader rating.

So as far as your trading goes with other members, it doesn't mean shit to me unless you have a trader rating.

Sorry mate next time i'll hold ya hand ..

Any real people interested or has this dick heads paranoia scared everyone away?

Not looking for comfort from a top bloke, just wanted what I paid for.

Seems like its a bit hard for some people to trade honestly.

you hadnt paid a sent the money never came.. dont claim like you even owned it for two seconds.. im sorry you got scared and ran away.. bad things happen.. i can understand if you got scared.. thats fine.. don't trade with me. i didnt force you to.. you bombarded me with 300sms and calls within the first hour i posted it up for sale.

Ive been mega ripped of myself.. i wouldnt care to do it to anyone else.. what would have made it better send down my 1500 power fc and letting you pay me afterwards.. Not likely. Trade on ebay mate i can put my life on hold to sooth your paranoia.

Just leave it be mate.. i dont balme ya that u got scared away from the deal fair enough..

So now Anyone else interested.. Would prefer people toc ome and see it now so i dont have to deal with this shit again?

lol..

Your obviously intellectually incapable of processing information as I’ve explained all this above.

But anyways, yours stupidity speaks for it self, so feel free to keep posting in your useless thread.

Well look im over. your right bro probably should have texted you back. i felt there was no need until the deposit had arrived.. u felt otherwise. leave it at that.

Anyone interested?

hay champ i mite be interested i live on the gold coast i have a blitz access computer in my r32 dont have all the cash atm but would like to talk to u about price and or payments

let me know champ

myles 0432355971 or pm back

Im pretty keen on someone who can pay all upfront. or say a deposit and final payment. So anyone who is able to offer it all at once obviously would get preference over it. I'm pretty firm on 1500 to.

Thanks guys

    • Did this end up working? Did you take some pictures?
    • And finally, the front lower mount. It was doubly weird. Firstly, the lower mount is held in with a bracket that has 3 bolts (it also acts as the steering lock stop), and then a nut on the shock lower mount itself. So, remove the 3x 14mm head bolts , then the 17mm nut that holds the shock in. From there, you can't actually remove the shock from the lower mount bolt (took me a while to work that out....) Sadly I don't have a pic of the other side, but the swaybar mounts to the same bolt that holds the shock in. You need to push that swaybar mount/bolt back so the shock can be pulled out past the lower control arm.  In this pic you can see the bolt partly pushed back, but it had to go further than that to release the shock. Once the shock is out, putting the new one in is "reverse of disassembly". Put the top of the shock through at least one hole and put a nut on loosely to hold it in place. Put the lower end in place and push the swaybar mount / shock bolt back in place, then loosely attach the other 2 top nuts. Bolt the bracket back in place with the 14mm head bolts and finally put the nut onto the lower bolt. Done....you have new suspension on your v37!
    • And now to the front.  No pics of the 3 nuts holding the front struts on, they are easy to spot. Undo 2 and leave the closest one on loosely. Underneath we have to deal with the wiring again, but this time its worse because the plug is behind the guard liner. You'll have to decide how much of the guard liner to remove, I undid the lower liner's top, inside and lower clips, but didn't pull it full off the guard. Same issue undoing the plug as at the rear, you need to firmly push the release clip from below while equally firmly gripping the plug body and pulling it out of  the socket. I used my fancy electrical disconnect pliers to get in there There is also one clip for the wiring, unlike at the rear I could not get behind it so just had to lever it up and out.....not in great condition to re-use in future.
    • Onto the rear lower shock mount. It's worth starting with a decent degrease to remove 10+ years of road grime, and perhaps also spray a penetrating oil on the shock lower nut. Don't forget to include the shock wiring and plug in the clean.... Deal with the wiring first; you need to release 2 clips where the wiring goes into the bracket (use long nose pliers behind the bracket to compress the clip so you can reuse it), and the rubber mount slides out, then release the plug.  I found it very hard to unplug, from underneath you can compress the tab with a screwdriver or similar, and gently but firmly pull the plug out of the socket (regular pliers may help but don't put too much pressure on the plastic. The lower mount is straightforward, 17mm nut and you can pull the shock out. As I wasn't putting a standard shock back in, I gave the car side wiring socket a generous gob of dialectric grease to keep crap out in the future. Putting the new shock in is straightforward, feed it into at least 1 of the bolt holes at the top and reach around to put a nut on it to hold it up. Then put on the other 2 top nuts loosely and put the shock onto the lower mounting bolt (you may need to lift the hub a little if the new shock is shorter). Tighten the lower nut and 3 upper nuts and you are done. In my case the BC Racing shocks came assembled for the fronts, but the rears needed to re-use the factory strut tops. For that you need spring compressors to take the pressure off the top nut (they are compressed enough when the spring can move between the top and bottom spring seats. Then a 17mm ring spanner to undo the nut while using an 8mm open spanner to stop the shaft turning (or, if you are really lucky you might get it off with a rattle gun).
    • You will now be able to lift the parcel shelf trim enough to get to the shock cover bolts; if you need to full remove the parcel shelf trim for some reason you also remove the escutcheons around the rear seat release and you will have to unplug the high stop light wiring from the boot. Next up is removal of the bracket; 6 nuts and a bolt Good news, you've finally got to the strut top! Remove the dust cover and the 3 shock mount nuts (perhaps leave 1 on lightly for now....) Same on the other side, but easier now you've done it all before
