R33 Engine Problems Plz Help

hey guys i currently have a 94 r33 rb25det manual, problem is, i was driving yesterday noticing lack in power in high revs, to look out the back and see a nice cloud of smoke,( thought it was clutch splipping) but looked under car when i couldnt smell clutch to see oil in the plastic underbody, and small amounts around the block on idle the car does not blow smoke if reved will produce smoke the higher the rev the mroe smoke, i removed the intake pipe work to find them nicely oiled,

any help with what problem i have on my hands?? thanks rusty
