Hey guys need to secure my two pods in my gtr just wondering what you have all used? i have two pieces of metal but i think they would be to hard to bend and what have you. Does anyone have anything they have picked up from bunnings or something i can use? I have a rough idea so iam thinkin along the lines of very thin Mallable metal from the screws on the pod to the chassis.

Oh any pictures also would be great!

Cheers

Not a GTR but in my GTST I just used like an 'L' bracket and screwed it into one of the stock air box holes

I'm pretty sure the Apexi power intake induction kit or whatever its called for the GTR's, they have 2 x 'L' brackets - I'm sure the ones on my cousins car do

Do what bubba did - go to Bunnings and get some metal and bend it up :action-smiley-069:

Had a small sheet of 1.6mm ally, marked up a couple of strips, used the jigsaw to cut them, bent the ends in a vice and drilled some holes. Worked well enough to pass the pits :whistling:

Ssounds good bubba, where did you get that alloy? Bunnings do it?
