Oo Skyline Bar Oo

hey all , you know that skyline bar o0n the boot thingy, inbetween the lights that is usually clear.

If i was to put like a red glow behind that somehow, would it be considered illegal and ive taken of the bar but cant seem to get inside it, i dont think you acutally can get inside it, or it would be very difficult to mount led inside of it.

yea.. i had to cut out the back as mine was glued on tight, dont bother prying it out, i chipped mine trying to do that. good luck!
