Plumbing Back My Wastegate

i got a yellow sticker

they didnt rate my external gate not being plumbed back into my exhaust

ive heard that u can have it done so it can later be removed without welding and stuff

and then put back on when i get my next yellow.

was wondering if anyone knew where i could get it done or how it is done.

Decide where you want the WG exit to join back into the main exhaust, then have everything between flanged so you can remove later. Could you could use V-Clamp ends to speed up the process. Any decent exhaust place could do it.

hey mate, give kermit (0422549050) a shout - he can look after flanging the wastegate pipe for you and will come to you

Way back in the dark ages.. hot rodding boys used to use a cut-out valve. looks like a 'Y' junction in the exhaust, sounds all normal until you pull what looks like a choke lever. then all the gas goes on the floor. I have seen a silvia use one on the WG!

Ppl use em still... but yanking on a wire's been replaced with buttons, stepper motors and sharks with lazar beams
