Installing Boost Gauge

Ok im installing a HKS mechanical boost gauge to my GTR r33 Skyline. Ive read the how tos guide. i just need a bit of help.

Its second hand so i have no pipe to run back to the gauge. what diamitre pipe would i need? what kind of pipe do i buy and whats it called? oh and where would i get it from.....

also below is a pic of my engine bay..... Where and what pipe do i cut to insert the t-piece to run it back to the gauge. Sorry stupid questions i know :S

And also how will this affect the standered boost gauge the GTRs come with?

Not sure what you have been reading, but this comes up almost every week now.

I found this, within 15sec of searching...

See the vacuum feed for your FPR?... on the BACKSIDE of the collection tube thing, you'll find the feed for the STOCK firewall mounted MAP sender... shhtick it in there. Use normal vac hose, or some of that thin hard nylon tubing.

?? Step away from the car slowly, put the spanner down

...you "T" from this line friend, so both gauges work...

Autobarn for vac line, pneumatic shop for hard nylon.

lol cheers!! look im a worrier!!! lol i dont like cutting.... ummm wrecking things without knowing EXACLTY what i have to do lol.... and i guessed that about the standered boost gauge was just wondering.
