Turbo never saw more than 11psi as I didn't want to damage it Morpowa were convinced I had a high flow as the turbo made good power and felt extremely strong on road test. Was reasonably quiet in comparison to many mufflers I have experienced so they must use good quality packing within sounds like it would suit your application.
