Hey,

Anyone interested in renting a house with me? I'm in a 3 bedroom house, and my flatmate is moving out in one month. You'd have 2 rooms to yourself, both decent size... current flatmate has his bed etc in one room, and his PC setup in the other.

Rent is $375 per week, but as I have the garage, I pay $200.. other person just pays $175 per week... bond is $810.

Internet is $45 per month each, ADSL+ 100gb plan, I've got a wireless modem for your laptop etc

Garage wise, well currently my car and bike are in there but can try to sort something out if someone needs a car spot :D

Electricty and Gas are paid every three months

Northmead is right next to Parramatta. It's a good area, nice neighbours etc. Close to the M2/M7/M4 (which is why I moved here in the first place).

I'm a pretty quiet person, don't have partys here or tons of people over... I also do shift work so often not home at nights etc. Everything you could want is already here... 46" LCD TV, xbox360, ps3, fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils, couches etc. Lots of people off here have met me, I'm not a dickhead haha (honest)

Let me know if anyone wants any more information.

Cheers,

Tommo.

PS Pictures are from a while ago when we moved in... obviously there's a bit more stuff in there now but you get the point haha

    • Yeah, I guess its pretty easy to get to if this doesn't work. Just wait till next oil change and pull it out. I am going to have to do the oil pan gasket soon and thought I'd just replace it while I was there.  Thanks
    • All that matters is you're safe and you were able to type that post. Hopefully heaps of parts you can recover for the next shell.
    • This thread keps giving with the OMG!
    • A quick google, and some E39 users have found pulling my sensor out/apart and cleaning it alleviates their issue. Then get the oil warning to go off, and once it is off (from the sensor saying it was unhappy) some find they can just unplug it and it is happy to just keep going now. Maybe give it a crack? If you can actually pull the sensor apart, hit it with some electrical contact cleaner.
    • Yep. In the E39 it's slightly different than the others. Honestly I'd just leave it but every time I drive the car it tells me oil is low and that just makes me check the dipstick. It is a BMW Afterall and it tries to expel it's own oil regularly.  Thankfully it's not like my E90 that has no dipstick at all so you just gotta trust it.
