Cst Hyper Rims

Hi,

Looking for rims and found some jdm wheel called "cst hyper"

has anyone seen a 32 gtr with these on?

what would the best offsets be?

Are these the wheels you're talking about? CST Hyper Zero 1 wheels.

They no longer make these brand new if I remember correctly. Haven't seen them for sale much around here either (I don't look in the for sale section much). Probably best to keep an eye out on yahooauctions japan.

No one can tell you what the 'best offsets' are. It's all in personal taste. Some like the wheels to be hanging outside of the guards, 'Mexican spec', some like it inside the guards so that they don't rub the guards, some like it to be right on the guard, etc.

Let us know which style, or how you like your wheels to sit then it'll be easier for us to decide which offset and width is best for you.

well a lil bit more in the guards

but def none of that positive offset stuff that seems so popular these days

Yeah, sorry I can't give you any details on the wheel specs mate. I had them saved somewhere, but can't seem to find it. Must've copied the specs and never saved it.

I just read a thread on zilvia.net about these wheels, which was little more than a ton of kids cackling at each other, but at 9.5J for their max width, i could not imagine using these for anything more than a front on a skyline. thats pure pizza cutter.

did some more searching yesterday as i was also curious, there are 2-3 shops in japan that have them, including URAS, so if you wanna talk to your boy Nomuken you can get a set, but i would say they are hardly worth it, IMO.
