Faulty Coil Pack Cause High Knock Sensor Read?

hey guys i realised on full boost car was misfiring a little and it also caused the engine light to flash. cars got PFC so check the knock sensor read and with every misfire and engine light flash the knock sensor would register close to 130 highest its hit is 140

did the diy repair on the coil packs and misfiring is gone so is the engine light flash and the highest the knock sensor now registers at full woot is between 25-35 only once did it hit 45

so my question is can a faulty coil pack cause that?

and is the current knock reading good and safe now? or should it stay at one read.

yup, so can rev limiter... which in effect was what your coil pack was doing.
