R33 Clutch Question

I just have a question when im driving and say if im doin 70 in gear 4 and i down shift into 2 i get a sort of plate rattle noise, what is this?

dodgy 2nd gear synchros, thrust bearing noise?? can you replicate stationary with clutch in, in gear and reving to whatever revs 70 in second is?

is the noise when you put clutch in and still in 4th gear, passing through neutral and into 2nd, or only once gear lever goes into 2nd with clutch in, then goes when you let clutch out?

da noise cums once u let da clutch out after puting it down into gear 2 and lasts for a second den dissapares.
