Item: 1993 R32 Skyline 2Door Coupe GTR Look A Like

Location: Murwillumbah

Website: Boost

Item Condition: Fair Needs Paint job and Motor in the car and will be excellent

Reason for Selling: Lost intrest in the project i was gonna put a RB25det into it

Price and Payment Conditions: 5000 ono

Extra Info: Ok car is a R32 Skyline 2 Door Coupe

I removed the motor to respray the enging bay and i used the old motor in my RB.20.Vl i always planed to put a RB25det into the R32 but i lost interest with the whole car

GOOD POINTS

i have a motor that has only just done 80,000ks RB20det out of anouther r32 off a mate car was a complete write off but eng is perfect other then the Turbo

I have bolted a RB25det turbo silighly bigger max stock psi is now 10psi instead of 7psi

Car is running a full GTR bodykit minus the pumped front and rear guards but ive got origninal 2 peace front bar, sideskirts, rear pods tp suit the rear bar, and GTR wing witch is off the car i removed and welded up the boot

Car is Running Full GTR Brakes allround larger Rotors on the front and calipers and larger on the rear also so ready for a more powerfull motor original calipers are in the boot

Full 3 inch exghust system

Retrimed Door cars and Roof Lineing in a white leather parsel shelf and trim around the dash also

Full operational Air conditioning im a Refrigeration Mechanic by trade so ive made sure its all operational running R12 refrigerant also witch to Fridges is like gold Very rare and expensive to buy as its now banded world wide

Spare RB20det motor out of my VL motor sadly droped a valve timeing belt tensioner collapsed and timeing belt ate its self and motor lost its timeing so as the pistons reached top dead center they hit valves trust me its very anoying when it happens but head can be fixed with new valves

Body is completly perfect no rust no dings its ready to paint and have either the rb20det droped into it or a killer gtr motor rb26dett

Bad Points

Car needs a Respray as its all preped by a professional spray painter a mate of mine but he doesnt have the time to finish the paint with his new baby boy atm so will need a nice white respray or whatever colour you want really

Motor is curently not in the car its sitting on the Garage floor also the Gear box witch before being pulled out was perfect even syncros were fine

exghust pipe has broken on the middle muffler what i was gonna do was remove it completely and replace with resinator at the rear and weld a crome cannon in the resinators place at the rear its a easy fix

Motor needs a flywheel and clutch i have a flywheel but its in need of a machineing bad but will be ok after that

Glove box needs to be reasembled its all in the boot i removed to retrim white but never finished

MAGS DO NOT COME WITH THE CAR THERE FOR A MATES R32 SORRY BUT ALREADY SOLD CAR WILL BE SOLD ON A SET OF EITHER R32 STOCK WHEELS OR FORD FALCON 16 INCH PURSUIT RIMS AS 15s DONT FIT OVER THE FRONT ROTORS

Car needs a Front mount and Pipe work i used all that on my VL commodore as it was my regoed car at the time you can buy the kits off EBAY for around 300 Buks

TO EVERYONE THATS ASKED ME WHAT DOES THE CAR NEED TO PASS REGO WELL HERES THE LIST:

1. Motor needs a clutch

2. Car needs a intercooler as i dont have the stock one and Front mounts on my regoed VL turbo

3. exghust pipe needs to be welded up easy Fix

4. Car will need tyres ill put tyres on it but i dont no if they will be road leagl all not depends on what tyres the wreckers give me with the Rims

5. Motor and box need to be bolted back together and bolted back into car

6. Personally i would paint but isnt needed for rego

There isnt much stuff there really and for someone whos got a spare RB26dett sittin this is perfect for them

Thats Basicly everything this add has been posted on Boost by a mates account Jase_90 if you have aready seen but this is my new Profile so cheers Ben

Hey,

Think you should re-consider my offer, seems more then you've been getting. My offer inc use of my own wheels to transport it, saving you sourcing some stockos. I also have to drive a fair way. And considering what this seller CLICK ME is selling for i think my offer was more then reasonable.

thanks.

    • At least yours have parkour down pat. One of mine will still trip over his own shadow and fall over... He's a special type of cat... Ha ha ha
    • The question then becomes - was there any fluid coming from that hole before you did the rebuild ?    You may not have noticed, of course.   Depending on how you did the rebuild, the possibility has to be considered that somehow (cleaning ?)  fluid entered that hole and is now being 'forced'  out by small movements of the proportioning valve.   From the factory, there's actually a small rubber plug in that hole but with age and under-bonnet heat it's quite common for it to 'go missing'.  That rubber plug is designed to allow the venting process but also to prevent 'stuff' getting to the area (prevent corrosion, etc).   The plug is also not available as a spare part AFAIA. Personally I wouldn't race and buy a new master just yet but keep an eye on the area to see if the 'leak' continues.   If you're concerned about brake fluid damaging nearby paintwork, cable tie a piece of suitable absorbant material over the hole and remove/monitor occasionally.    Operation of the proportioning valve and the brake master itself won't be affected, but also keep an eye on brake fluid level, of course. In terms of a new master, the genuine part is getting expensive, unfortunately.  Amayama is showing AUD900+.   I was searching recently and there's an aftermarket part available from Japan made by 'Parts Assist': https://zenmarket.jp/en/yahoo.aspx?q=BNR32%2bBM50&p=1 Whether it's any good I have no idea, although in my experience Japanese aftermarket stuff is pretty good quality-wise.   The above site allows overseas buyers to purchase stuff more easily from Japan but there are fees and shipping costs, of course.   The original Japanese seller page is here: https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p1197401228 Copper/Nickel is fine but I still prefer bundy tube and it's also cheaper.
