Gotta love how pathetic u guys are and if u ask people like whoever rang me the other day about it and luke from SA ud know the facts. QUit assuming and f**k off. There is a reason the r31club is laughed at by everyone else, i do understand why now.

did u just make that up to protect your lack of reliability and or communication?

Got nothin to do with me but allot of people get angry about rumours/hearsay and bagging out of other clubs/forums so Don't rag out other clubs man that sh!t is fkd hey and makes you look like a d!ckhead :D

/rant

when u have people ringing u and abusing u often over sumthing not in your control... all from the same group... u look at that group in a very differant light. threats and "suggestions" from these people (who happen to be quite high up in the club) give me a negative image to the whole group.

That's understandable but maybe take it to a PM or something hey, like you can't just generalise an entire group like that and it offends ppl who have mates in those groups too

I'm not having a go, just saying it's not really welcome and it's in bad spirit mate

hey ryan.... so far yes ben is buying the cradle. he will let me know on the weekend. If not ill message u.

Im still taking it mate, just need to have from free time to come round and grab it. :O

Hi Jayson

I can't get a reply from Adam regarding the payment for the jackets that

were sent a few weeks ago. I was wondering if he has already left for

Canada. If so do I speak to you about payment or is there someone else. Dan

has contacted our office in the past to ask about the jackets but I don't

have his email or phone number.

Kind Regards

Katrina

Hi,

R31 Skylineclub website admin here(tensop)

Contacted Katrina @ ricochet designs late last night. She informed me that:

1) You did not contact her regarding payment

2) You attempted to say that another person(R31 Skyline Club) would possibly make the payment depending on the date the jackets arrive

3) That you promised to pay her on the night she informed you the jackets were sent out

4) What you ordered at the time last year was not available, and she informed you that it was the case.

5) You would need to reorganize an order -

Members of the R31 Skyline Club have informed me that:

1) You have purposely scammed Ricochet designs(ala the lines of 'haha yeah, i told her that im going to pay but im not

2) That you have attempted to handball the payment onto the club

3) You intend to skip the country over a pitiful amount of money.

4) You have attempted to say you cannot log in to the R31 Skyline Club to update members on what is going on - this is a lie because:

i) You're not banned

ii) You have not attempted a password reset

iii) You have not attempted to log in at all since September

iiii) You have not entered an incorrect password

iiiii) You have not even attempted to create another account in order to inform people

As a result of the conversation with katrina last night - S.A Police rang me this morning requesting your details. I asked them to confirm their identity, in which case my local police station(Victoria Police) rang me this morning requesting the details - I have happily obliged. They informed me that they're planning to take action unless you make good on your payment to Ricochet Designs by a date specified by the business

It's one thing to f**k over private citizens, but when you get businesses involved - then you're asking for trouble.

the jackets were sent out about 5 days ago and should be at the people receiving them (bar WA people as it may take longer for them). Katrina rang me last and asked me about it and told me acc details and i put them in incorrectly which i redid this morning and have the receipt to prove all of it.

So if you think im going to be so scared of your pathetic little keyboard warriors over $304.... . then HAHAHA u guys r idiots. Its $304 ..... thats 3 days pay if i didnt have the money yet i still had the money from when everyone paid for them in a tin (you can even ask lorenz as he asked me why there was cash in a tin locked in my room).

Final laugh is on you champ, jackets are done... the ohh its impossible for you to have the jackets bs is omg... possible. Now go back to your hole and look for sumone else to try e-bash

and it only took 460 something days,

awesome.

f**ktard.

actually it was paid before i came on here fool.

and angry..... the shirts that everyone got like months ago were the original orders that i made over a year ago. These jackets were cancelled for months because they didnt make them anymore and i was waiting for the new ones.

Its funny how ive done over 5 grand worth or merch for the club and then i get accxused of trying to run off with 4 jackets....... ud think if i was going to do it... id run off with the $2000 order i did last time. Awesome to see the only guy in the club willing to stick his head out and get shit made gets abused and flamed. Gratitude for you i guess.... arrogant f**ks

Lol, only person in the club. It's not like there are people organising jackets/shirts/stickers/keyrings/barmats, oh noooooooo, only Adam Brown organises stuff for the r31 skyline club. Pfffft.

Dude, the reason you were flamed is over 1 year of not keeping people informed. Seriously, its not that freaking hard to let people know whats going on. And dont try that "couldnt log in" horeshit as tensop has shown that to be a load of f**king crap. Why didnt you just man up and let people know "hey theres been a bit of a f**k up, want a refund or a different jacket."? Hell, ive been through a similar situation with club keyrings that i organised and I managed to let everyone know the second i recieved the email saying i got a wrong quote. But then again, I actually TRIED to log in and let people know.

err jay.... i offered the refund to ppl ages ago and no one took it (actually i think sumone did with a shirt). I would have loved to give a differant jacket yet they (the makers) got rid of their jacket line and were designing a new one. not my fault they had problems with the lady running it having a baby which put their designing back ages. Girls do that u know... have kids and all. As soon as i got the deigns sent to me they were passed on and posted. Ive passed on every piece of information i have been given literally within a few days. not much more i can do.

and i still cant login, tries to then goes back to the main screen. Could be my computer but im not really that overly caring about logging into the forums. All my info gets passed onto people here who post it for me

    • Update 3: Hi all It's been a while. Quite a lot of things happened in the meantime, among other things the car is (almost) back together and ready to be started again. Things that I fixed or changed: Full turbo removal, fitting back the OEM turbo oil hardlines. Had to do quite a bit of research and parts shopping to get every last piece that I need and make it work with the GT2860 turbos, but it does work and is not hard to do. Proves that the previous owner(s) just did not want to. While I was there I set the preload for the wastegates to 0,9bar to hopefully make it easier for the tuner to hit the 370hp I need for the legal inspections that will follow later on. Boost can always go up if necessary. Fitted a AN10 line from the catch can to the intake hose to make the catchcan and hopefully the cam covers a slight vacuum to have less restrictive oil returns from the head and not have mud build up as harshly in the lines and catch can. Removed the entire front interior just shy of the dashboard itself to clean up some of the absolutely horrendous wiring, (hopefully) fix the bumpy tacho and put in LED bulbs while I was there. Also put in bulbs where there was none before, like the airbag one. I also used that chance to remove the LED rpm gauge on the steering column, which was also wired in absolute horror show fashion. Moved the 4in1 Prosport gauge from sitting in front of the OEM oil pressure gauge to the center console vents, I used a 3D printed vent piece to hold that gauge there. The HKB steering wheel boss was likely on incorrectly as I sometimes noticed the indicator reset being uneven for left vs. right. In the meantime also installed an airbag delete resistor, as one should. Installed Cube Speed premium short shifter. Feels pretty nice, hope it'll work great too when I actually get to drive. Also put on a fancy Dragon Ball shift knob, cause why not. My buddy was kind enough to weld the rust hole in the back, it was basically rusted through in the lowermost corner of the passenger side trunk area where the wheel arch, trunk panel and rear quarter all meet. Obviously there is still a lot of crustiness in various areas but as long as it's not rusted out I'll just treat and isolate the corrosion and pretend it's not there. Also had to put down a new ground wire for the rear subframe as the original one was BARELY there. Probably a bit controversial depending on who you ask about this... but I ended up just covering the crack in the side of the engine block, the one above the oil feed, with JB Weld. I used a generous amount and roughed up the whole area with a Dremel before, so I hope this will hold the coolant where it should be for the foreseeable future. Did a cam cover gasket job as the half moons were a bit leaky, and there too one could see the people who worked on this car before me were absolute tools. The same half moons were probably used like 3 times without even cleaning the old RTV off. Dremeled out the inside of the flange where the turbine housing mates onto the exhaust manifolds so the diameter matches, as the OEM exhaust manifolds are even narrower than the turbine housings as we all know. Even if this doesn't do much, I had them out anyways, so can't harm. Ideally one would port-match both the turbo and the manifold to the gasket size but I really didn't feel up to disassembling the turbine housings. Wrapped turbo outlet dumps in heat wrap band. Will do the frontpipe again as well as now the oil leak which promted me to tear apart half the engine in the first place is hopefully fixed. Fitted an ATI super damper to get rid of the worn old harmonic balancer. Surely one of the easiest and most worth to do mods. But torquing that ARP bolt to spec was a bitch without being able to lock the flywheel. Did some minor adjustments in the ECU tables to change some things I didn't like, like the launch control that was ALWAYS active. Treated rusty spots and surface corrosion on places I could get to and on many spots under the car, not pretty or ideal but good enough for now. Removed the N1 rear spats and the carbon surrounding for the tailpipe to put them back on with new adhesive as the old one was lifting in many spots, not pretty. Took out the passenger rear lamp housing... what do you know. Amateur work screwed me again here as they were glued in hard and removing it took a lot of force, so I broke one of the housing bolts off. And when removing the adhesive from the chassis the paint came right off too. Thankfully all the damaged area won't be visible later, but whoever did the very limited bodywork on this car needs to have their limbs chopped off piece by piece.   Quite a list if I do say so myself, but a lot of time was spent just discovering new shit that is wrong with the car and finding a solution or parts to fix it. My last problem that I now have the headache of dealing with is that the exhaust studs on the turbo outlets are M10x1.25 threaded, but the previous owner already put on regular M10 nuts so the threads are... weird. I only found this out the hard way. So now I will just try if I can in any way fit the front pipe regardless, if not I'll have to redo the studs with the turbos installed. Lesson learned for the future: Redo ALL studs you put your hands on, especially if they are old and the previous owners were inept maniacs. Thanks for reading if you did, will update when the engine runs again. Hope nothing breaks or leaks and I can do a test drive.
    • No those pads are DBA too  but they have colors too. I look at the and imo the green "street" are the best.
    • I’m not sure what happened I told them about sonic tunes free OTS tune and the next the I know .. I was booted..   To funny
    • Yea - I mean I've seen my fuel pump which is decades old and uh, while I'm not saying this with real knowledge... but I sure get the ick at using anything in the fuel system that produced the state of that pump. Many years ago I went through multiple pumps (and strainers) before I dropped the tank to clean it out with extreme violence. I'm talking the car would do maybe 50km before coming to a halt, which resulted in me cleaning out the filter with some brake cleaner and going on my way. None of my stuff ever looked like what came out of your fuel tank. I don't think I'd be happy with it unless every single component was replaced (or at least checked/cleaned/confirmed to be clean here).
