But for a swap I am looking for something with a forged engine + heap more mods if its a R32 or just with some bolt-on mods if its a late model R33.

Thanks for your offer, its a nice machine, but not really what I am looking for.

I am after a GTR in Sydney. If I don't manage to sell or swap my xr6T for a GTR then I am planning on keeping it. I will wait for a year or so until I can get a GTR for cash and keep both cars - gtr for the weekend and the xr6t for daily traffic .
