Inner West Crew Whoretown (toowong/st Lucia/kenmore/indooroopilly And Sometimes Sunnybank?)

It actually has some theory behind the madness. Technically to dabble in my own developments without paying too much outsourcing for people to oversee things, you need or need certain aspects of a builder's license.

I am looking at working for someone who can offer a trade, which is a % towards a builder's license. However the position isn't an apprenticeship or anything.

Essentially I'm more of less looking at ways of bypassing certain parts of uni if I was to do a degree in property development and or dabble in my own ventures by making it easier.

I'm kinda shifty.. But it's legit and done often.

Sounds like a good idea. Basically what I'm aiming after I finish uni. Need a couple of years experience working on different jobs to get it all sorted but it will be an open license so I'll be able to build big stuff

you wish jelly fish

i wana check out colins :)

what do u click to see how many posts per topic?

couldn't figure that out either lol.

but each post was a pearl of wisdom....

support denied.

And earn 1trillian per year in dubai

hey i was born and lived there for 10years!

And earn 1trillian per year in dubai

yeah lol if you could get a job there. Nearly impossible to get into that market because there are already so many big builders out there. I reckon if I start on my own I'll do luxury low rises. Upper market kind of stuff. Easy to manage and less pressure lol.

Why would you want to come here then...

not my choice lol

i was back over there last christmas - that place is baller as f**k

Dubai would be sick as f**k. People I know working over there don't reckon its worth it though too expensive to live there. But still tax free income would be awesome.

 One of our site supervisors quit last year to start working for a guy doing luxury houses on the coast. He had 8 houses to supervise all the work on and each one was being sold for $2m+ All houses were sold before they got built. Not sure what kind of margin he was working on but would have f**k all overheads and the houses wouldn't cost anywhere near 2mill to build.

Shh, don't let the secrets of wealth out

haha. My other option for wealth was to buy some franchises and just enjoy owning shit lol. Both subways in the CBD are up for sale. Myer centre for like 600k i think. Annual turnover is nearly 800k. The other one near the casino is for sale as well they want close to a mill for that one and turnover is about 1mill a year. Full managed net profit a year is around 120k. I could deal with that lol. If you manage it yourself you save 60k lol.

Need to find out why they're for sale...

Need to find out why they're for sale...

I have looked into this whole business theory myself. The thought has crossed my mind, when i'm cash wealthy. Be interesting to know why they are forsale... The numbers make sense.

Something fishy perhaps.

I thought the same. they're all owned by the same guy so he might just be sick of it or they're the worst performing in his portfolio etc. The numbers all make sense so the only reason I can see for selling them is to free up some capital to invest in a better earner. Who knows.

All it takes is one fax with a signed disclosure statement to get the figures from the broker.. Get what you can and do some RnD

Get the owners name too, I wish to stalk what property he ownes haha

I'll start looking into it. I think my mate has all the numbers n stuff because he was looking at buying the myer centre one. Will find out what I can. Get your night vision goggles & piss bottle ready we're going to do some serious stalking

My next few days will be spent making sure timing is good, it was running fine before doing the ECU and DBW swap, but want to verify.  I'll also probably swap in the new injectors I bought as well as a walbro 255 pump.
    • It would be different if the sealant hadn't started to peel up with gaps in the glue about ~6cm and bigger in some areas. I would much prefer not having to do the work take them off the car . However, the filler the owner put in the roof rack mount cavities has shrunk and begun to crack on the rail delete panels. I cant trust that to hold off moisture ingress especially where I live. Not only that but I have faded paint on as well as on either side of these panels, so they would need to come off to give the roofline a proper respray. My goal is to get in there and put a healthy amount of epoxy instead of panel filler/bog and potentially skin with carbon fiber. I have 2 spare rolls from an old motorcycle fairing project from a few years back and I think it'd be a nice touch on a black stag.  I've seen some threads where people replace their roof rack delete with a welded in sheet metal part. But has anyone re-worked the roof rails themselves? It seems like there is a lot of volume there to add in some threads and maybe a keyway for a quick(er) release roof rack system. Not afraid to mill something out if I have to. It would be cool to have a cross bar only setup. That way I can keep the sleek roofline that would accept a couple bolts to gain back that extra utility  3D print some snazzy covers to hide the threaded section to be thorough and keep things covered when not using the rack.
    • Probably not. A workshop grade scantool is my go to for proper Consult interrogation. Any workshop grade tool should do it. Just go to a workshop.
    • In my head it does make sense to be a fuel problem since that is what I touched when cleaning the system. When I was testing with the fuel pressure gauge, the pressure was constantly 2.5 bar with the FPR vacuum removed. When stalling, the pressure was going up to 3.0 bar (which is how it should be on ignition).
    • ECUtalk pages don't mention they support the ABS computer (consult port has more than one CAN), so you might just need a different scan tool. But, I would expect ABS is a different light to the brake warning/handbrake light, do you see an ABS light come on for a few seconds when you turn the key from ACC to IGN? But since you said: I'd have a look at the ABS sensors in the rear hubs to make sure they are not damaged, disconnected etc.
