I may be able to get my hands on some stocker 33 ones. Would that help?

Thanks mang but nah, it's for my mates 32

They dont fit.

FYI I gave away a pair of stocko ones

Damn you hahaha

The flux capacitor has deteriorated causing a feedback interference loop with the syncromesh gear ionisation device, resulting in dilution of the mechanical lubrication fluid, causing it to evaporate in the combustion chamber and/or bypass the piston sealing devices.

:)

Now THAT is technical

Yup

@John: do you still have that squashed stock bov I gave you? I just sold my turbosmart one tonight and thinkin I might put that one back on if you do

Side note: the TRD laser's going in to drift king next week!! Hahaha!!

So, finally figured out what is wrong with Jason's boost control set up.

What's wrong with this picture?

Hint: Symptoms include infinity boost, and (I presume) BOV not working

I can't believe I didn't spot it when I looked last week, my excuse is I was drunk on JB :)

I'll let you all guess for yourselves which 'mechanic' is responsible for this quality work.

martin get an abn, get on a supplier list who happens to source many different brands/parts, and start a business.

ive joined the same supplier with my abn, and did it drunk - so its easy to start...

:D

I've got better things to do with my time. But I'll keep in mind you can hook me up with parts :D

Shitbox 75 had a transaxle with LSD in the boot. f**k yeah, $1000 saved.

Morning mangs, scarnon?

hey marto

cool xf.

needs more;

While it does rip a mean skid, I have 1 2 3 4 other cars that would be better for drifting than it.

:)

That's what she said

Sure do. Come on Thursday and get it :)

Sweet deal..... can't make it this week though, got a dinner with a bunch of people in the valley then going to watch a play at griffith.

PM you who your "supplier" is

I worked for Pizza Capers for 5-6 years..... it's great. I can't eat pizza anymore as a side effect, seeing as I used to eat it 4-7 nights a week

pizza Capers

Hell's Pizza ;) as I now drive past one going home from work

While I agree with you hell's pizza is awesome, capers does not deserve a thumbs down. I do wish there was a hell closer to me though ;)

The local capers seems to have a policy of hiring hotties though, and this I approve of.

I worked for dominos for 6 years, also used to eat it about 4 or more times a week. I can still happily eat it though :)

I remove the thumbs down as they are good pizza's

Then there's no debate at all. Pizza Capers FTW.

;) but still going to hell's pizza tonight as it's practically a drive through on way home.

Jason's blown a turbo seal from his mega super infinity boosto!

Dam that sucks

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
