Is that it? Is there anyway to put it back to stock? Is there no fix for this issue? Why is it doing this now and not wene it was at stock?

Don't be a pusseh. Get an ECU. If cost is a problem, sell skyline and get a barina.

ok i took her for a spin tonight, i took it easy in 1 and 2, 3 i floord it, it when normaly to .5kpa and paused there for a sec, then it started to creep slowley toward 1bar, now heres the thing, it got to 1bar and stopped, then came back to .9bar and sat then i backed off, when it got to 1bar i was doing about 130 so i backed off. so it wont go over 1bar and will come back to .9bar as soon as it gets to 1bar.

i wasnt really looking at the taco at the time but i never reached the rev limiter, so i think it got to 1bar at around 6k

See either two things are still happening here:

1. You have not plumbed it back to the actuator correctly and removed the controller

2. The actuator is bad and/or the wastegate flap

If you dropped back onto a working actuator correctly then you should now only be running 8psi. It shoulnd't be anywhere near 1bar. Remove the actuator and insure the wastegate flap can move freely all the way down and up again, re-install the actuator.

My suggestion would be to "Obtain" the service manual for it, and take a good look at the vac diagrams. I still don't think you have the lines right.

Edit: You said in a previous post that you replaced the actuator, where did you get the new actuator from? You are aware that different actuators can hold different levels of boost yes?

Chances are it's a 1bar actuator you have replaced it with.

with the hoses ive done exactly whatever they’ve said, I changed the actuator because I changed the turbo, the turbo I bought was a s2 and it came with the stock actuator, so when I mean I changed the actuator I realy changed the whole turbo with actuator.

as for the hoses, can anyone give me a pic of what they have? So I can refer to it and copy?

cbf reading the entire thread, I changed one of these back to a stock setup last week...

Looking at your pic the orange and green hoses are arse about.

I don’t think it matters mate, cos there both blocked

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
