Hard to believe it. That would be a development nightmare ... especially when looking at the road network. The new expressway is right out the front of AIR. Love to see how they'd get their access and egress without f**king up the expressway.

as someone who loves the AIR track, id rather see it sold, repaired and continued to be used as a track.

I first heard this rumour over 2 years ago; it wasn't true then and i would say that it isn't true now

Well...they seem to be doing a lot of road works around there and in the land immediately south of AIR...could be preparing for trucks? Dunno.

Also why would they resurface the track if it is just going to be sold and turned into a transport hub for Toll (whats actually involved in a transport hub anyway?).

I've like to see it come back, closer then Mallala haha, but then again, Port Adelaide is even closer.
