i did the same, love it. i actually had a set stolen one night so i had to do it again. think it goes good with my bonnet n wheels. was thinking of doing my brake lights too, but dont wanna risk it lol

i used nightshade, and they r still very obvious when indicating.

I've done it on my Rear L.E.D.'s and Indicators front and sides.

Hint though..

Spray nightshades lightly, sand back, spray again, sand back, spray again, then clear coat.

Will look shiney as bought ones, also won't leave dull residue that nightshades leaves as you're suppose to use nightshades INSIDE the indicator or lights or whatever.

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
