inthisglass
manual, twin turbo, 2 seater, hard top, full exhaust, intercoolers, lowered, 19inch rims, metal intake pipes, black interior (not the ugly hesian brown) dont like to admit it but it just pulls away from my SS... for now Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/297762-life-after-a-gtr/page/2/#findComment-4956576 Share on other sites
Tony de Wonderful
The GTO is an overtly heavy car built for the American market. A buddy at work has a 97 540. It's a real old mans car. Interior is awful. Makes the 33 interior look like a work of art. Yeah get a MANUAL JZZ30. Ten Four
Opinions opinions opinions eh? I still think that S15 looks absolutely fugly . I just do not like them! Retirement car? I see your point, but they go great, are safe, comfy as, full of extras..... I'd have a full 3rd party inspection carried out before I bought whatever anyway, so that *should* iron out the problems, but I've seen it in person. 2 clips are missing from the interior but apart from that.... tv works, sound works, electric blind, seats, mirrors, sunroof, they all work. I realise its got no turbo and its an auto/tip but mhmmmm....... Tom, I don't want a 1jz soarer cause it would be auto for that money, and I dont want ghey kickdown going around a tight corner into boost.... Would def's go for a V8 one. (Also comfort, reliability etc..) Poll says nutcase wins..... Cheers guys. Karl, cheers but will pass... Has to be targa top.. I'm ghey that way. Joe - totally disagree there Love the interior in them Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/297762-life-after-a-gtr/page/2/#findComment-4956947 Share on other sites

Ten Four
Celsior = LS400 Not really a fan of the aristo... With the BMW, sure but the only one worth getting is a E36 M3, but they are still in the 20s. (Syfon = 323ci... lol pass ) You suggested holden. That said, theres a pretty nice VT Clubby 112k kms, manual on carsales for 15k.... Dani Boi
The BMW and Alfa have expensive servicing costs. Your young man, stick with the GTR if you can (even though I put down alfa on the poll ) Edited November 26, 2009 by Dani Boi Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/297762-life-after-a-gtr/page/2/#findComment-4957031 Share on other sites
