Nsw Car Registration Rules/info Please

Hi, i recently bought a new car from NSW.

Anyway. im thinking about leaving the car registered in NSW but i live in victoria.

Does anyone have any info about this?

What can happen.. etc..etc..

Simple reason is i like the NSW Number plates :|

Also another question, in NSW, does the registration get cancelled if you have more then like 2k fines?

or anything like that..?
