Harsh reality (and home renovation costs) has hit in the new year and I'm toying with the idea of selling my 202 M35 Stagea. It'll be heartbreaking to part with but at the moment costs on the stupid house are racking up so something has to give.

I'll take some pics tomorrow but until then here's a couple and you can check out my garage gallery here on the site for some more. The Canon on the car came form Japan and I've replaced it with a nice X-Force stainless twin tip setup (sounds great - totally legal).

2002 M35 250t RS Four Stagea

  • First Aussie owner - 2 year fully transferrable aftermarket warranty remains, covers lots of things including the turbo ($500), gearbox, etc.
  • 83,700km's
  • X-Force twin stainless exhaust
  • Cold Air filter (told it was apexi but one of the guys here on the forum said it was something else which I can't remember - nice anyway)
  • Custom iPhone/iPod dock into Australian TV tuner - you can watch Aussie TV on the built in screen, play videos and music off your iPhone/Pod into the screen as well from a hidden dock bult into the ashtray, sound runs through the speakers. Had an extra video/audio out cable fitted in the back seat so you can plug in an extra screen for the kids at the back - great setup.
  • Good tyres, rego to March
  • Also have a factory Aero front bar (used, no lights, couple of scratches but in Silver) which I bought form Japan through import monster (part of my plans to spend up big on the thing in the future :)).
  • Couple of little carpark scratches and one tiny spot of rust on the left hand rear C pillar but otherwise it's in great condition
  • Mechanically A1, nothing needed at all.

Looking for offers around (or over :O) $18,500

Forgot to mention. I also have a set of Infinity badges and a set of english language stickers for the dash. These stickers were made by a guy for skylines but are the same for the Stagea setup. I haven't tried to fit them as I sort of got used to the Japanese characters and quite like the novelty factor (that's also why I have the Japanese lanuguage DVD-Rom in so it speaks to me in Japanese every so often :P ).

Oh and the car has a Blow off valve and Turbo timer also, not sure of what type as it came from Japan that way.

    • Another vote for installing them and see how you go.  I mean, you already own them, why would you not fit them?
    • I have had too many of those over the years, my cars have a toolkit or at minimum a cheapy multi tool thing because its too easy to be snookered by some stupid plastic clip that stops you checking the battery terminal isn't loose.
    • Basically, if there is a part# on the nissan catalogue, it is a genuine part. There is a thing called "new old stock" which is stuff made years ago but never sold (or landfilled), but it is super hit and miss what you can buy. Other than some expensive Nismo stuff there is nothing new being made that suits these cars. The only time to be a little careful is (mostly in the US I think, but maybe Japan too), Nissan started rebranding some cheap crap maintenance parts like oil filters as "Pitworks"; stay away from them, if you are buying cheap just buy whatever the local car parts shop carries The three part numbers have an explanation on Amayama: 0V005 is auto, base style 0V015 is manual 0V505 is auto, hectic momo branded ones, maximum F&F points there!

    • Just to get this straight if you turn the splined shaft to the outside, it turns freely but the chain does not move? What happens when you move the chain, does the splined shaft turn? Surely the shaft is snapped, or the chain is seized and it took the teeth off whatever great is behind the steel bracket
