Turbo For R34 Gt-t?

sold my HKS gt-rs turbo and thinking of putting a garret gt3582 on it. i wants lots of power but will this be really laggier than other options... any ideas?

Please ensure you at least TRY the search, given there are more than enough thread with plenty of info about specific turbos, what works, what doesn't etc.
