Just received a call from an M3 owner I had been talking with and his car is now for sale, so I have decided to drop the price for a short time only-

PRICE DROP-$23,000!!

Cmon Guys, this is one of the best R33's in this price range in Australia!!

Bump!!! I maybe selling for $21,000 with standard wheels, will keep you posted!!

Thanks Guys, I am currently selling for $23K with the BBS wheels on them. Not sure if I will trade BBS rims for standard wheels.

Car has 63,000kms on Nismo dash and has 127,000kms on car, has full Japanese log books to back this up. Full 100K service done about 40,000kms ago.

Hudaz, I am currently looking to get into a M3 but send me pics and info on your GTR in case the M3 goes. [email protected]

Thanks

Hudaz, why would I swap a perfect R33 GTR for a crumby R32 GTR and no cash adjustment- I WOUDLNT!!!!! Stop wasting my time.

Offers being taken between $22K-$24K, if owner of M3 agrees to sell for the same amount I sell the GTR for, then we can go as low as we can.

Car now being sold with BBS wheels and no standard wheels available.

Bump=$22k-$24K!!

Bump!! I have had some offers of a trade and also to sell my wheels which will make my sale even cheaper.

With standard wheels can prob sell for $22K or may look to trade with another standard 96 GTR which I could then probably on sell for $20K.

Anyone keen on the standard 96 series 2 white in colour for $20K??

Thanks

$23,500K as is with BBS wheels or $21K with standard wheels as an option. Might trade BBS for standard wheels next week, so if you want car as is for $23,500 be quick.

Cheers

Hey mate, i've got a 2000 BMW E46 323Ci with a few cosmetic mods. Sunroof, leather, woodgrain, 5spd manual, 140kms. LINK

Let me know if you're interested in a swap. I'm in WA.

Nice Car, but atm will sell to move into an M3.

Can all people please read full ad before calling or txt me at stupid hours asking stupid questions!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry if I'm adding "trash" to this thread, however a few of my friends own E46 M3's and they are just not as fun to drive as a GTR.

The M3 motor's sound like turd, however they do have the luxury components which the GTR's do not. Personal preference I guess (I'm not having a go, just adding my experiences comparing an M3 to a R33/R34 GTR).

Just my 2c worth.

GTR with some nice additions!! BBS Rims, Nismo Dash and Full Japanese service history, carbon bonnet and front bar, midnight purple!!

What more do you want for $23K :P

    • Wife wanted basket things in the wardrobe in our temporary house. Thought about ripping our the wardrobe and fitting the entire IKEA set, but it's a temporary house and we want to move in a few years. So IKEA advertises this as a 50cm unit, however the actually basket and rails measure 46cm wide. Only issue was depth, IKEA stuff is quite deep, where as the builder special junk is super shallow at less than 40cm. Send it, chopped the rails, then offset the mounting holes, job done, happy wife, less shit scattered all over the bedroom. Did the same to the other side too. Also drove the Skyline shit box today, dropped off oil at Supercheap Auto. I didn't realise they only now take max 2x bottles per visit. I visited 2x Supercheap Autos.
    • I've seen similar actually in my situation. You never know what tables are attempted to be used when the car thinks it's -99C or +200C. The fail state is not usually that extreme but you know what I mean - it was in my case though! This is where being able to read all the sensors is useful cause you see this stuff really quickly.
    • The above is very important. However as long as you keep timing relatively low, it's plausible to make your own knock ears and plausible to learn to tune with a modern ECU that can do wideband O2 correction like a boost controller. I mean if you only have one viable road to even drive the car on, learning to tinker to this level may be worth doing given you can't do much else with the car...?
    • I find the fact that the rear plate has to be bent inwards at the rear not so bad: but the front is just awful: It's like come on. (these are my very old, now retired/turned in plates) TBH it is a lot of money to fix a minor issue, the fact I said "I'll never really spend the money on doing this" is why people ended up buying them as a gift for a 'car guy' who can be hard to shop for.. for car guy things.
    • I just bent the ends of my premo plates. It even went through Regency like that after the engine conversion and the inspector (a great bloke!) just squinted his eyes and said "I didn't see that". Plates, and how they look, are just something that have zero importance to me.
