welcome to the shite umpiring cup all teams will now do paper sissers rock to decide games due to unavailability of any umpire with eyes

f**k that, how about we just scrap the games altogether and the referees can just play chess between themselves

Yeh, to be honest it probably was a red card (by FIFA's stupid rules anyway). But how about that tackle by the Ghanaian? That was a clear red card under any circumstances. Yet Timmy Cahill gets sent off for his tackle. It's ridiculous.

Disagree with you on Mcdonald, hes crap...

Imo 4-4-2, Ruki and Kennedy up front.

Haha there you go again blaming the players for the coaches faults. McDonald isn't crap, he is the best striker Australia has, and is a far better player than Mark Viduka or Harry Kewell (albeit a different sort of player). His record speaks for itself, 51 goals in 88 SPL games for Celtic. The difference between his form for the Socceroos and his form for Celtic is the fact that when he played for Celtic his coach used him in a formation that suited him, and reaped the benefits. For the Socceroos he has always played upfront by himself, which he absolutely can not do.

People seem to think that if a player is good then they can play well in any position and suit any formation, but it really isn't the case. If the coach gets the tactics right and has good man management skills, any team can beat anybody, eg. Switzerland vs Spain, Serbia vs Germany, New Zealand vs Italy... All perfect examples of the coach nailing the tactics. Don't underestimate the influence tactics and good coaching has on a game.

Australia 2-1 Serbia; Germany 1-0 Ghana. Not enough for Australia to go through to the last 16 :D What a good effort though. Anyone who tries to tell me Australia can't play football, I will be pointing them to that match. Unlucky Socceroos

    • How many of you guys run the synchro os giken set and at what power? Do you then also use the billet plate?  How is it launching with it, any dragy times from 0-60? 60ft?
    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
