That's right, it may have 192000 KM, it might need a new bodykit and A/C compressor but it works and still puts out 229rwkw.

Silver 1995 R33 GTS-T auto

192000 KMs

PowerFC + HC tuned at Racepace

Tomei 720cc injectors

Walbro 255lph fuel pump

FMIC

'Slide' rebuild turbo at 16psi

ProfecB spec-II

Titanium cat-back (really titanium not coloured SS)

18" el cheapo starcorp rims 235 front 265 rear.

Waterpump recently replaced and radiator end tank replaced (hairline cracks showed under pressure).

450k to a tank.

No sound system. At least not working, I took the amp and sub out.

Front bar needs to be replaced/repaired. Driving it with it held on by zip-ties

Rear bar needs respray.

Needs new A/C compressor for cold air. Whole system was replaced 18 months ago, only the compressor was reco :P

Rego runs out next month.

Original ECU, injectors, fuel pump all included. Unused slotted rotors and Tomei head gasket as a bonus. Rebuilt C4 with bellhousing to suit available for $1k more, picked it up to replace the stock box if it died, never did, it's the Kieth Richards of gearboxes.

$4000, come get some. Available for inspection in Mulgrave during business hours. Want it gone to get a new car because I don't want 3. Sold as is, roadworthy and reg up to you but with the parts available that's not hard.

It might need dust caps on the suspension and a couple of bushes. I'll help out with any suspension / undercar parts etc for the buyer because I can get them at good prices through a client.

It's a silver R33, I don't have any current pics right now but I can get some tomorrow.

Also has:

Z32 AFM

Generic adj strut brace

Sedan headlights too, the chrome/silver type instead of black. Old ones were getting too 'foggy'

I have a S2 s/wheel to replace the ratty S1 but the airbags are not the same - different placement of the controller unit so it would have to remain disconnected.

    • They are under bucket shims. Tomei provides a test shim kit and then any measurement of shim required.
    • I always wondered how you were supposed to buy a set of 24 buckets and somehow magically have every single one of them yield exactly the desired clearance. I would have thought you'd need to assemble a cam with either 12 "sample" or "example" buckets of known top thickness (or a single such sample/example 12 times over!!) measure clearances at every valve, and then do the usual math to work out what the actual "shimness" of each bucket needed to be, before buying the required buckets to make up he thicknesses that you didn't have on hand.
    • I now seem to be limited in power due to my rev limit/hydraulic lifters in my built RB25. I'm looking into converting over to Tomei solid lifters. Question for anyone that has done the conversion. I was always under the impression that when using the Tomei solid lifter conversion, you would also require new valves (Longer or shorter stems, I can't remember which).  I don't know where I got this idea, as so far I see no mention of this in any of the Tomei documentation. It just states I need the Tomei solid buckets, solid lifter cams and upgraded springs. As my head is already built, all I would need is another set of 1000$ Kelford cams, 500$ buckets and about 4H hours of my time installing and I'm off to the races!?!? There's no way it's that simple, I must be missing something?
