you do realise that "u's" isnt abbrieviating because it uses 3 keys the same as "you"?

It just makes it seem as if you own a commodore :)

I see your "good" OP and raise you the ability to spell and punctuate.

1) Abbreviating

This involves shorting a word, i.e. less letters. The following are NOT examples of abbreviation:

- you -> you's (more letters, just wrong)

- you -> u's (same number of letters, just wrong)

- grammar -> grammer (same number of letters, just wrong)

FYI: the plural of "you" is "you", or sometimes you might want to use "you all". "You's" / "u's" is just a disgrace.

The following are examples that I might let you get away with in an sms:

- I'm -> im

- you -> u

However since this is a forum and you have a KEYBOARD in front of you, not a phone keypad, and since you profess to have such fantastic computer skills, you should be able to manage to type the extra letter or two.

The following example is just an utter abortion on the English language and would not even be acceptable in an sms:

- would -> wud

2) Sentences

Sentences should start with a capital letter and end with a full stop. Again, since you have keyboard and such outrageously good computer skills, it should take no extra time to do this correctly, and might result in people actually reading your post and taking it seriously, instead of just giving you sh*t.

3) Punctuation

Commas come in handy too, try using them occasionally.

When you use contraction, you should use an apostrophe to replace the letters you have removed. E.g. I am -> I'm.

I'm pretty sure OPs haven't been published yet, but at least you're confident. I would be too: with English like that, you should easily manage at least a 24. Of course, I think you need about a 4 or a 5 to get into architecture. You know, so that you can design buildings that don't collapse in on themselves and such.

Thanks for confirming the stereotype that all architects are dicks.

Pffft Architechture... All of us on here are doctors..

I'm a rocket surgeon :)

:) Architects are too busy picking what type of stainless steel door knobs to use.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: You want answers?

ARCHITECT: I think I'm entitled to them.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: You want answers?!

ARCHITECT: I want the truth!

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: You can't HANDLE the truth!!

Son, we live in a world that has BEAMS, GIRDERS AND COLUMNS. And those things have to SUPPORT THE BUILDING. Who's gonna DESIGN THEM? You?

You, Mr. Architect?

I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for LOST CEILING HEIGHT and you curse the SIZE OF MY GIRDERS.

You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know: that THOSE GIRDERS, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives...

You don't want the truth. Because deep down, in places you don't talk about at parties, you WANT me on that DESIGN TEAM. You NEED me on that DESIGN TEAM.

We use words like DESIGN, CODE, ANALYSIS...we use these words as the backbone to a life spent PROVIDING STRUCTURAL SAFETY AND SERVICEABILITY.

You use 'em as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain my DESIGN to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very SAFETY I provide, then questions the manner in which I provide it!

I'd rather you just said thank you and went on your way.

Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a STEEL MANUAL and DESIGN a STEEL FRAME.

Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you're entitled to!

ARCHITECT: Did you OVERSIZE THE COLUMNS?

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: (quietly) I did the job you HIRED me to do.

ARCHITECT (yelling): Did you OVERSIZE THE COLUMNS?!!

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER: You're god damn right I did!

It takes very little effort or time to correct an abortion such as your post. Obviously wanting a forum where people can type a coherent sentence when asking for a favour from members of aforementioned forum indicates frustration with our lives. Thanks for your amazing insight into the human psyche. We all bow down to your greatness. Our lives could not bare comparison to somebody who is finishing grade 12 and owns and NA Skyline. Surely this is the great Australian dream. :no:

I'd say daddy wasted money on education and car.

Would have been better spent sending him somewhere to learn manners and basic letter writing.

    • So stock ECU does not like anything above 10 psi?  That Nistune one is just for "try" if it will be any different, I know it need to be tune for that. I know but YOU may know about these problem but i/we dont. They few little Skylines here let alone people who know anything about tham so that is why iam asking here
    • So now we have a radiator with no attachments whatsoever. It lifts up with a particularly tight spot between the drivers side air box mount and the lower radiator outlet, but if you've got this far you will sort that too. This is the lower mounts with the rad out so you can see where the rubber bushes go, it is a straight shot upwards Done! Assembly is the reverse of disassembly, with blood less likely to be shed.
    • Right, onto the second last trick. The Air Con condenser is mounted to the front of the radiator and stays in the car when the radiator is removed. There are 2x 10mm headed self tappers holding the top of the condenser to the radiator, remove those The bottom of the condenser is attached to the radiator with clips. You need to lift the condenser out of those clips and clear (up, then forward). f**ked if  could work out how to do that last bit with the front bumper on. I hope you can, and you share the trick.  Bumper removal probably deserves its own thread one day once I've recovered the will to live, but basically you need to remove the wheels, front inner guard liners (clips and 10mm headed bolts), the self tapper between the guard and the bumper at the rearmost point of the bumper (same as an R32 that bit), any remaining clips at the top/front of the grill, an absolute bastard design with a plate that holds the top of the bumper above the headlight each side (only 1 bolt which is tricky to get to, but the plate catches 2 places on the bumper and must be removed....carefully!) and push clips between the bumper and guard under the headlight. If you've done all that you will be faced with wiring for the fog lights on both sides and in ADM Q50 RS at least, 4 nasty tight plugs on the driver's side for the ADAS stuff. So, the clips at the bottom look like this on drivers side (looking from the front) And on the passenger side (also from the front), you can see this one is already out Clearance on both of these are super tight; the condenser needs to move up but the upper rad support mount prevents that, and the radiator can't move down far because it is (rubber) mounted. Once you achieve the impossible and drop the condenser off those mounts so it does not stop the rad moving, you are good to go
    • OK, next the shroud needs to come off and there are a couple of tricks. Firstly, there is a loom from near the passenger side headlight to the fans, coolant temp sensor etc and there is no plug to undo.  In my case I was OK to leave the shroud on top of the engine so I just undid the passenger side fan plug and about 10 of the clips which gave enough free wire to put it aside. The fan plugs were super tight, the trick I used was a small falt screwdriver to push down on the release tab, then a larger flat screwdriver to lever the plug out of the fan unit....be careful with how much force you apply! If you need to remove the shroud altogether for some reason you will have to deal with all the plugs (tight) and clips (brittle)....good luck. I removed all of the clips and replaced them with cable ties that I will just cut next time. Also, in the Red Sport / 400R at least, the intake heat exchanger reservoir hose is bolted to the shroud in 2 places with 10mm headed bolts; so remove them (the hose stays in the car; no need to undo it at the t fittings down at the radiator lower mount. Once you've dealt with the HX hose and the wiring loom, there are 3x 10mm headed self tappers holding the top of the shroud to the radiator; remove those.   The shroud then lifts out of the bottom mounts where it sits on the radiator, up and onto the engine out of the way. Simples
    • Ok, disregard my “rate them” comment, sorry for my unrealistic input
