What the hell is this sound?

after pushing the clutch pedal in, there is no clicking sound. In continuing to push, and when it disengages the clutch about half way down, its still normal and no sounds. but as the pedal is almost at the floor I hear a few clicks, then nothing in last few millimeters of travel before stopping at the floor.

The sound seems to be coming from the clutch diaphragm or somewhere in there.

what I did before the sound started was flush the fluid from all the lines and then gave it a good bleed.

after that was complete, the clutch felt that it was disengaging a little more soon on pushing the pedal.

as this is happening I suspect that there was a little air in system, somewhere before the fluid was changed.

So now the the diaphragm seems flex more, I have a little more firm pedal than before, and it disengages a small fraction more soon.

But why why is it clicking?

cheers guys

just to clarify that:

I have not taken anything apart.

its a twin clutch.

and I am sure the sound is coming from in there at the clutch.

I would like to know:

Where its from?

Why?

It this a problem?

if so then whats next?

And what your suggestions are in assisting me?

thanks all
