I have finally managed to get the wife to get rid of her much loved Charade, it is a 3cyl, 1 litre fireball. Last time it was on a dyno it made 300fwmp (front wheel mouse power)

This was her first car, bought in about 2001, It has done SFA for the past 3.5 years since we bought her current car, prior to that it just ran around Bathurst.

*1994 TE

*171,000k

*15 tri-spoke mags with brand new tyres

*06/11 rego

*Clarion CD/MP3 with fusion speakers (300fwmp was with this turned off)

*Will throw in 1 standard R32 GTR turbo...

*Fuel economy is REDICULOUS (we replaced it with a current manual Corolla that uses more fuel)

however

*Uses some oil (not excessive)

*no air con

*no power steer

As I said above, my wife loves this car and takes great joy in pointing out that every time my cars break I can start this and drive it. It has never let us down and will be sorely missed by 1 of us.

After $3000ono, or will also direct swap it for an R34 GTR :)

PM for contact details.

Ian

    • I'm getting PTSD flashbacks seeing that name again.  With my turbo swift, I got 1,500km of street use on a Jim Berry clutch before it exploded and took out my input shaft with it.

    • It's all about the socialisation of the dogs. In that first 8 to 16 weeks of age they need to be taught to be nice and friendly with everything. That way they generalise it to everything. That said, some days you'll just never beat genetics, but 99% of the time dogs chasing cats is purely lack of socialisation, and then the chasing part can turn into prey drive.
