Hey guys,

I'm cleaning up to move and need to get rid of some stuff.

4 Volk rims - all with legal rubber. They are 17 x 8 and 17 x 9 and currently have 235's and 245's on them (you'd be able to go wider on the rear for sure). They are in good condition and don't have much gutter rash. All center caps and stud covers are there. They come with spacers to make them fit a skyline (they are the proper bolt in ones). I replaced them with some rota's so these have to go. Super light.

$550 ono.

Jun style bodykit. It probably need some work - but it was on the car when I bought it (I've changed it back to stock). The skirts have some scratches underneath and a small piece of filler missing but they'd be an easy fix if its your thing. The rear pods are excellent and the front bar - well I was going to use it as a track bar thus the lovely cable tie stitching.

Without the front bar: $100 ono

With the bar $150 ono :)

R33 GTS-T Diff in good condition. This was pulled from my car last night and replaced with a nismo unit, it still locks up fine and doesn't make any noises it shouldn't. Its got about 150k on it, but most of them were by my mate who drives like my dead grandmother. We pulled the rear cover off for a look and I would of put it back in.

$300 ono.

Either PM or give me a call on 0418 666 332.

Looks like another freaking time waster.

WHEELS STILL FOR SALE. $550. Delivery to anywhere on east coast will be under 100 bucks :)

Volks add at least 70% hetikness to your R33 or R34. Thats cheap hetikness with decent rubber!

Will take offers on bodykit - I'm never going to use it, who am I kidding.

I've seen these rims selling over over 1100 online, so get a bargan :) Taking up space I don't have.

Bodykit - just by me some beers and take it away!

damn if only u weren't 5 hours away from me, i'd so grab the front bar off you. It has less cable ties than mine lol

I do a lot of travel - where abouts are you. If Sydney PM me. MY condition is you take the whole kit though :)

All stuff up for grabs (except the afc) :)

still got the kit bud? travel anywhere near cooma? lol

Yes and yes - even frieght there would be cheap from here.

PM me champ :)

I'm not 100 sure of the offset of the wheeels, but with the spacers I've got they cleared my 33 brakes no worries, filled the guards nicely. :)

hey mate sent you a pm last week about the kit. If you can bring it to sydney with you ill take the whole kit off you for $150. Let me know

SAFCII sold

Volks are sold

Kit sold (pending payment)

Diff, ignitor and computer are still here. :)

    • Bit of a pity we don't have good images of the back/front of the PCB ~ that said, I found a YT vid of a teardown to replace dicky clock switches, and got enough of a glimpse to realize this PCB is the front-end to a connected to what I'll call PCBA, and as such this is all digital on this PCB..ergo, battery voltage probably doesn't make an appearance here ; that is, I'd expect them to do something on PCBA wrt power conditioning for the adjustment/display/switch PCB.... ....given what's transpired..ie; some permutation of 12vdc on a 5vdc with or without correct polarity...would explain why the zener said "no" and exploded. The transistor Q5 (M33) is likely to be a digital switching transistor...that is, package has builtin bias resistors to ensure it saturates as soon as base threshold voltage is reached (minimal rise/fall time)....and wrt the question 'what else could've fried?' ....well, I know there's an MCU on this board (display, I/O at a guess), and you hope they isolated it from this scenario...I got my crayons out, it looks a bit like this...   ...not a lot to see, or rather, everything you'd like to see disappears down a via to the other side...base drive for the transistor comes from somewhere else, what this transistor is switching is somewhere else...but the zener circuit is exclusive to all this ~ it's providing a set voltage (current limited by the 1K3 resistor R19)...and disappears somewhere else down the via I marked V out ; if the errant voltage 'jumped' the diode in the millisecond before it exploded, whatever that V out via feeds may have seen a spike... ....I'll just imagine that Q5 was switched off at the time, thus no damage should've been done....but whatever that zener feeds has to be checked... • I think Fitmit had some, have a look on there (theyre Australian as well)
    • Hah, fair enough! But if you learn with this one you can drive any other OEM manual. No modern luxury features like auto rev-matching or hillstart assist to give you a false sense of confidence. And a heavy car with not that much torque so it stalls easily.
    • Actually, I'd say all three are the automatic option. Just the different trim levels. The manual would be RSFS, no?
