We should definitely organise a regular meet/cruise for Toowoomba and surrounding areas?? Monthly JDM meet or something.. as well as cruise down to Downshift meets together.

On a side note, anyone know of a good detailer? need a cut and polish bad. Previous owner obviously didn't know how to look after paintwork!

We do try and do a monthly thing. Haven't organized anything in the last month or so due to having surgery on my both of my feet.

Few of the guys are really not too keen on Downshift and JDM meets due to police presence.

All I usually do is a bit of a hand cut with a cutting compound where needed then a full hand polish. Painters at work charge around $200 for a full buff and hand polish.

Anyway, a reliable source who's been to a some of the recent downshift/jdm meets said to give it a miss. The meets are never incident free which may or may not include one or a combo of the following - skids, bogans, ulehs, fighting/bashings.

The SAU crowd is definitely a more mature and discerning bunch.

Had problems with my toes and had to have 8 of them operated on. Still got 3 rods in and hopefully they come out on Friday.

Next time there is a happy laps at QR will organize a trip down.
