Editing Posts?

Ive notced SAU doesn't have a edit post function after a certian amount of time. I find this quite annoying as I have classified listings I'd like to edit and mark certian items sold.

Because I can't do this, I get PM's from people that are too lazy to read the thread and assume I have EVERYTHING avaliable still.

Can the Admins think about enabling the edit function in the classifieds section o the forum?

It will not be changed, there is a distinct reason for it.

I'm guessing Its the 11 page thread back in 08' ?

I'm on my phone so it's a little hard to search.

Does the report user not work on this forum or something, is this set in place to make it harder for users, but easier for admins?

Is this the same reason we cannot delete our own threads once we have sold all our goods or what not?
