We all know how easy it is to get a fine these days, especially in footscray. You just can't win. Obey the rules

As for the dent. People are just opportunistic, if there is a chance to get away with murder without consequences people would do it. Even if there were bystanders who see some wrong doing, most people are just too conservative to say something or take action. I know I'm being very general here, but it's true.

Eg. Mate of mine got pick pocketed on a crowed train platform and he didn't notice. The guy behind him apparently picked his wallet and ran off. No one said anything to him until he had long gone. Eventually somebody tapped him on the shoulder and said 'I think a guy stole your wallet' lol no shit

i know, such is life things will always happen and people will always wish "what if.....", reason is I just feel a little bit better by having a sook and comfort in knowing i'm not the only one who hate this SH_T (fine = stupid tax that is).

me too, i put her through hell when i was a teenager. FYI I'm 30 yo, i didn't ask her to pay it (i paid her back for it) and i stand on my own two feet.
