Hey guys im selling off some excess stuff so i can complete my current projects.

RB26 mahle forgies 8.5:1 comp all rings and pins inc. everything brand new. 0.020" oversize

RB26 block out of a '94 GTR. Been acid dipped so very clean. Comes with matching girdle. Scores in bores. I bought the mahles to put in this block. ( was gonna be a spare short motor just in case)

RB26 rods out of same block. Been cleaned, closed and honed with new ARP rod bolts fitted.

Also got a grub screwed long drive 26 crank that i might sell for extra if someone is keen to take the lot.

Want to sell all together but if there is no takers il sell individually. $2000 plus the crank (if you want the crank as well we'll work something out)

I'll keep adding parts to list as a i've got a few rb's in pieces that im getting rid of. (making space in garage)

Cheers

Luke

Yeh i have the 26 head. Its currently at the engine builders getting serviced. What are your plans for the head?

It is for sale.

its going on a 30 block head will be completely reconditioned, ie valve seals, titanium valves springs, basically the only thing thats going to be OEM will be the head itself, goal is 800rwhp

how much want for it shipped to darwin 0830?

    • Hah, fair enough! But if you learn with this one you can drive any other OEM manual. No modern luxury features like auto rev-matching or hillstart assist to give you a false sense of confidence. And a heavy car with not that much torque so it stalls easily.
    • Actually, I'd say all three are the automatic option. Just the different trim levels. The manual would be RSFS, no?
    • What Duncan said sounds right. Also, it looks like they only have the driver's mat. Not the rest. Because looking at the diagram: KG4911 is just the mat for the driver. KG4900 is the full set if I'm not mistaken and discontinued.   But, it looks like they may still have the full set for the manual S2. Might be worth checking for the other models as well as they seem slightly different. https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/nissan-japan/stagea/wgnc34/6649-rb25det/misc/G49 Man, I'm tempted.
    • I dunno about that as a blanket statement. Pitwork is Nissan's "Nissan genuine" thing, and for stuff like timing belts, I have found them to be excellent. Of course, for things like oil filters, you always use proper trusted brands anyway, not whatever the OEM has taken to using.
    • Ahhhh... If you were putting 12V to the led in there, that's likely made it very unhappy. Chances are how you put power, was 12V across an LED that's meant to only have about 20mA through it at peak, and a forward voltage of about 1.8 to 2.4 volts. That circuit is likely only a 3V3 circuit, and will have a resistor in series with the led too. That's my guesstimate on that light, without having touched one.
